I bought these because I had previously purchased ones from Newbyinn which I thought were a little too tight. I checked Amazon for top rated sleeves and ordered the Shinymod ones even though comments were conflicting as some thought they fit fine and others thought they were too tight. I have yet to find a review where a sleeve was too loose. After I tried on the Shinymod sleeves I found the Shinymod ones to be even tighter. I used these to protect my arms from the sun when playing golf. They protected my skin from the sun but felt like my upper arms were constantly in a blood pressure tester. Recommend offering a larger size.Update: Soon after posting my review I received a reply from Shinymod customer service. They forwarded my comments to their design team and issued a full refund to my account.

I am in the process of rehabbing my elbow after having 3 screws put in and I've tried so many different compression products to cover my scar and help manage my skin hypersensitivity. Out of everything I've tried these sleeves are by far the best quality for price.These sleeves are very thin and stretch which I initially worried wouldn't provide enough compression but that's been okay. They allow significant freedom of movement and a lot of airflow and the elasticity means that they don't stretch out the way other products do. Before I tried these I bought sleeves from Vive and Compression Z that were thicker and initially more compressive but stretched out to the point of losing elasticity completely within Iess than two weeks. I've been wearing one sleeve daily consistently from Shiny mod and it hasn't lost elasticity. The Shinymod sleeves feel more like thick panty hose compared to "swimsuit material" like other sleeves that seem to lose their elasticity.The other sleeve I have tried was from Bdriven sports and it had much higher quality compression at a higher price compared to these Shinymod sleeves but it had these thick seams that just felt uncomfortable, especially with sensitive skin and a surgical scar. One of the greatest things about the Shinymod sleeves is that they are seamless and won't apply pressure or irritation to the skin which makes them extremely comfortable for all day use. The price is excellent. I can get 3x the number of sleeves from Shinymod as I could from Bdriven Sports for half the price.I do occasionally find I need more compression at the elbow but I have found a method that works better where I layer a thicker knit support elbow sleeve over top of the Shinymod sleeve underneath. This allows me to control my need for compression or freer range of motion during the day by adding or removing layers.The Shinymod sleeves do not have rubber grips to stay up on the arm but they don't seem to need that to avoid falling down and this again makes them seamless and more comfortable on the skin. I still need higher compression from my medigrips at night but lower compression from the Shinymod sleeves during the day works great.I'm 6' but with a narrow bone structure and these fit well by going high enough but not being baggy in the wrist like a lot of brands I've tried even in the smallest sizes.

Okay, there aren't many sleeves out there that are "sexy" and practical. These wear comfortably, come in snazzy colors, and most important stay put when you slip them on! I like the color variety too. I am an active golfer who takes more than the average number of swings and these sleeves stay put! My only complaint; while the specs said they are UV Protective, be nice to see that somewhere on the sleeve or a tag with the actual UV Protection Number. That's important stuff to folks who need and use these for sun block protection... melanoma's are no fun!!!!

These are good sleeves, they fit well and stay put, they effectively shade from the sun and aren’t too hot to wear (if you splash some water on them it’s nice and cool as it evaporates). However, they are fragile. After one hour of wear, just swinging arms near the body will start to pill up the fine threads. This photo is after one week of wear 1-2 hours a day. They clearly won’t last long term, I’ll be doing more research for something more sturdy before repurchase.Also if you are looking for a blaze/high visibility orange, the color on offer is much more pale than it looks in the listing. I’d try the lime green/yellow if I buy them again

The sleeves themselves are as one would expect them to be, stretching easily to conform to one's arm and staying in place throughout your activities.In the case of my order, one of the pair of sleeves I ordered was defective, with a loose thread that immediately became a tear upon first wearing the sleeve. I contacted Shinymod about this problem and they responded the same day with a courteous email stating that a replacement item would be shipped. Within about five days I received a new pair of sleeves, both in perfect condition. As such, I am fully satisfied with my order and interaction with Shinymod's customer service.

These arrived today and they are the first pair of sleeves that doesn't cut off my blood supply on the upper arm. I use these for my eczema, because the compression helps relieve the constant itching. These sleeves are comfortable enough to wear all day long! Thank you!

These are really great. I got them to keep my arms a little warmer under T-shirts. and they do the trick nicely. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they smelled terrible when opening the packages they came in. They all had to be washed and air dried to get rid of the funky chemical odor.

I use arm sleeves almost daily for contact exzema, and was looking for new tan colored sleeves. I thought I would try these and hoped they would not be too tight and would stay up. I am very happy with my purchase and have NO complaints! Thanks for providing them!

This is the third set of sleeves I have purchased and they fit well and are easy to wash. But the second set of white sleeves appear to have run (see photo). This has happened with one pair but not the other. My guess is that there was a manufacturing issue. All the other ones appear to be fine.

(single pack, "orange")Only 2-3 stars for now, will update as I use them.I just received them first off they are not neon orange which is what I wanted for road safety.They are more of a peach colour.Although some men might not want to wear colour like that, I think it looks unisex, just fine.Also, they're very snug. My biceps are about 15 in (38cm?) I wouldn't want to wear them for any length of time. The rest of the arm is likewise quite snug but not uncomfortable.For now, I've pulled the upper arm over an item in my home, in hopes of stretching it.I will update after testing sun protection. I will only be using it l for sun protection while driving, so I should be okay, but if you were planning to wear all day for tattoo coverage or a long bike ride, you would need not slender, but skinny arms.

Product I received was not like the photo that I had thought I would get instead I received the one with the wrist cover and thumb hole., same colors though.The sizes are ridiculous as they are not sized for the North American market, very tight and I don't have big arms; whenever I purchase anything made in China I buy one to two sizes larger.Packaging was all Chinese, Amazon is going down a slippery slope if they want to do business the way I see it.Two orders with Amazon, returned one am waiting to see what can be done with the silk sleeves I had received.Is there a difference between Amazon USA and Canada?

I ordered these for baseball. I’m 160lbs and ordered the medium. They fit snug as they are supposed to and go from the shoulder to the wrist with some left over but far from baggy. They arrived today and fit very well. I didn’t realize that they had a cooling effect but they do and I could feel it as soon as I put them on.

My father in law has developed thinning of his skin and easily bruises. We bought these to help cover the bruises and hopefully give him extra protection.They are comfortable to wear but I wish they were a little longer so they would come right under his short sleeves. It will make a more “fashionable” transition. Right now there is about 3-4 cm between the end of the t-shirt sleeve and the start of this Sleeves.The material is breathable so he can wear it for a long period of time but already lint balls have formed with only the second wash. I have a different pair but the fabric is a little thinner... we will have to try these in the summer and figure if he will need a different type when the weather warms up.
