This is a good cover for lightswitches to house your philips wireless lightswitch remote, but one of the biggest issues is that if you do need to change a bulb, you can't turn the switch off unless you fully unscrew this unit.If it weren't for this small issue then it would be perfect, even if it is slightly bulkier than a normal switch.

Fits great on the old switch, just make sure the screws are exactly at the distance required. Bigger than expected, see my pictures, I’ve left my hand (an average size hand!) as a reference.

When I saw these I knew they would be ideal for the job and it was NOT what was intended. I needed a pair of light switch protectors and all that was available was ugly little items that stuck over the switch and needed a tool or credit card to turn them on in the event of an override or reset. These were much more elegant and would just need little blutack to seat them. Imagine my surprise when all I had to do was place them over the switch and although it wasn't their design the magnets used to hold the dinner were strong enough to keep them in place.Perfect for the job!

These fit perfectly over all of my light switches without issue. Initially I planned on installing these correctly and screwing them into my switches. On doing that though i found that the provided screws were about 2cm too long and actually touched the back of the metal switch box.In the end I resorted to just blu tacking them over my existing switches which works out better in the end. If you need access to the real switch you can just pop them off without having to find a screwdriver. Doing this was secure enough since no body pulls on the switch covers of a normal light switch anyway.The only downside is the cost really. These are obviously incredibly cheap to manufacture but due to their niche nature it costs £7 each which is a lot.The magnets in them are plenty strong enough and the remote sits perfectly without any movement.

These were exactly what I was looking for for my Hue remote controls. It fits perfectly over my existing light switches requiring no rewiring. It took me less than 5 minutes to install....however, it does lose one star for being a pain to uninstall. Stupidly, I installed the cover over the lightswitch when it was off, so I needed to remove it. However, the screw covers are incredibly hard to prise off without badly scratching the screw caps and the switch itself. I cannot imagine people will be able to remove these without badly damaging it.Apart from that, all good!

If you use a philips hue dimmer remote switch, this is probably a must have. Very simple to install over the top of your existing light switch and the magnet holds the dimmer switch in just like the bracket you get with it. Installation is very simple, just remove the existing screws from the existing switch cover and then use the provided screws to screw this cover over it.

Although it was a but awkward to fit as I had to cut down the retaining screws that came with the units. The existing screws were too short, but the included ones were too long! However, that said, when fitted they look great. They completely cover the existing light switch with no 'nasty' gaps. The magnets are really strong too. No chance of the dimmer falling off. I have tried other covers, but theses are by far the best and will be remaining. I am in the UK.

This is the best accessory to use with the HUE lights, its the best way to get rid of the switches all around the house (people can be very stupid and break the other solution that doesn't hide the switch).Quality of plastic its perfect, cut outs well done... i have nothing to say against the product to be honest
