Pads lost their stick
Was great to start but the pads lost there stick after about a month which isn’t great.

Good kit for muscle recovery!
Nice neat little kit for bi/fro/shoulders/glutes/hams and quads.Should be used in conjunction with gym/exercise work. I found muscles recovered quicker. Will not work in isolation and limited adhesion with real men with hair!
