Omg where do I start ... I’ve always struggled with my skin... I’m 31 yet I still sometimes feel like a teenager. I was intrigued to try this little device but didn’t expect too big results. I’ve changed my diet to a healthier one and I make my own face toner out of tea and apple cider vinegar which made a small difference but this vacuum cleaner... WOW. My face got much smoother, my pores shrank a little and generally my skin improved !! I could not believe how much dirt is on my face every week!! I do it once a week after having a face sauna and then put a mask on to shrink my pores back and so far it’s been amazing. I’ve had it for 2.5 months now. Highly recommend!! It’s worth every penny ! I do like my skin now !! Still get breakouts every now and again but not as many as I used to. I survived high temperatures when normally my skin was going crazy, rain, air con , sweating .. I absolutely love this ! Amazing purchase!! Don’t even hesitate!

To use this product you need to firstly cleanse your face and open up the pores by using steam or another method. After that, using the product itself is very simple. You need to choose the appropriate suction cup. Then turn on the machine and glide it over your face. The machine will suck up the dirt in pores.There is even a suction cup to do massage on your back. I haven't had the chance to use that yet since you need someone to help you with that.Overall this product is quite multifunctional and simple to use and is USB chargeable so I am very satisfied.

Where to start with this horrible little tool...?Even on the lowest level this thing sucks the skin right off your face! It was very painful to use and my daughter ended up with what look like love bites all over her face that lasted for about 3 days! She followed the directions to the letter and didn't keep it on one place for more than a second. The issue seems to be that the suction is so powerful, when trying to move it across your face, it really drags the skin as opposed to gliding over it which I was expecting. I read the reviews before buying and it seems that there are people who have had a good experience with this product, unfortunately we weren't one of them!

Feel like an idiot for buying it but I saw some pretty convincing videos online so fell for it. I realise now the people on youtube using them in videos were probably paid promotions because this product is a total gimmick.I did everything you were supposed to do before using the vacuum - washed my face prior to use and steamed it. The product was fully charged and on it's highest power. Suction was good at first but regardless nothing was coming out of my pores, so I steamed my face again. Then tried again a few minutes later on the same highest power setting but this time the suction was almost completely gone, it was so weak. This was within minutes of my FIRST time using it. Returning the product now. Waste of time and so disappointing as I'm really self conscious of my blackheads.Don't bother buying because even before the suction power gave up on me, there was still nothing coming out of my pores and I was using the product properlyJust don't buy it. Try nose strips instead lol

Using it after washing face, the dirty in the pore went out and my face looked more clean. :) I think its better than squeezing blackheads by hand. This product is safer and wont cause infection. Having used it several times, I think it is worthy to by for those who have blackheads.

I might never need to go for a facial again! Brilliant, keeps pores really clear, easy to use. Can't work out how to fit the little sponge filters and the response I got from the manufacturers wasn't any clearer, but I reckon I don't need them.

I have found other products to remove blackheads either ineffective or too expensive to use regularly. However, this blackhead remover is much more effective and powerful than I was expecting. Even the least powerful setting should be enough for most cleansing, though I do advise you to read the instructions carefully and to be gentle to begin with. If you can get someone to help you with areas you cannot reach yourself, like your back, then that is best.
