GastricSoothe utilizes a compound of zinc and L-carnosine that soothes and protects the gastric mucosal lining. Zinc L-carnosine also acts as an antioxidant that scavenges free radicals and assists the body’s own system in restoring healthy gastric cellular integrity.*

Very helpful product. Lives up to its name!
Keep in mind, I am not a medical professional.I was diagnosed with gastritis last year via an upper endoscopy. (They put a tube down your throat while you are under anesthesia, and take pictures of your insides.)[Painful tummy for a long time before I had this procedure...I didn't know what was wrong.]I came across this product, and thought I'd give it a try. Thankfully, it has made a significant difference in soothing my stomach. I sometimes take one at a time, other times I take two.Since I use it everyday, I wish it was cheaper. But it's worth the price because it works really well.Thank you, makers of Gastric Soothe, for making a quality product, and for naming it something that caught my eye and helped me just as I hoped it would!

Warning: Induces extreme pain if taken for more than a month
The reviews seem too good to be true. So for almost 2 months, I took 4 a day. Initially, I didn't feel any pain. Well, I also wasn't eating. I was barely eating. I felt I could not eat, otherwise extreme stabbing pain in my center, a little on my right side, but the killer is still my bottom left. I had to cut meat, chicken, and lots of fiber out of my diet. I live off of congee (rice water has to be sticky when making), boiled small potatoes, and steamed egg+egg whites. I would say after a month, I started to eat a little more in order to sleep. I also wasn't sleeping either: like 9:30pm in bed until 5:30 awake. When I would sleep very well, eating this straight in the morning stabbed my stomach. My middle and right side - both seemed minor no longer hurt. It's that bottom left side that is incredibly painful. It would make my stomach hurt the whole day.I had to stop. I took this for about 7-8 weeks. This isn't a glorified review. This is my honest experience.I'm going to stick with having smaller meals (3-4 times eat), stick with having more congee with steamed egg. A little boiled small potatoes. It was so painful on this supplement. Like I ate nothing, ate it could not have breakfast. It felt like it gives you so much pressure to your stomach or something. It would have to wait 3-4 hours after waking to even muster rice soup.

Goodbye Gastritis
I have been suffering from chronic active gastritis and GERD for years and was diagnosed with H. pylori 3 years ago after treatment the symptoms subsided, thinking I was cured I went back into my bad habits of eating and drinking whatever I want and it backfired on me ten fold. There was times I couldn't eat or drink anything, I even hate going to sleep at night because of the discomfort. At nights I would have to sleep with an ice pack on my stomach just to get a full night's rest. I tried everything and nothing worked until I ordered gastric soothe, after the first full dosage day I felt relieve, I didn't believe it at first but it was working. I followed and continue to follow the directions taking it morning and night along with black cumin seed oil and with some changes to my diet I now love sleeping and eating a balanced diet with a few cheat days. Gastric soothe gets an A+ from me

I can't say enough good things about it
After having my gallbladder out, I had ongoing gastritis symptoms. I found this supplement on a blog reviewing natural treatments for gastritis. Conventional medical treatments did nothing to ease my symptoms, but after running this option by my doctor I decided to give it a shot. Within a few days my symptoms lessened and within a week I was feeling back to normal. I still take it regularly because other medications I take irritate my stomach lining. I don't know where I'd be without this product. I can't say enough good things about it! Of course, always check with your doctor before adding any supplement to your diet.
