My husband first bought this for me at the Vitamin Shoppe and I feel in love with it. However, they stopped caring it. I was excited that I found on it here. Two sprays under your tongue and hold it for 30 seconds, do this 3 times a days. Sometimes I get lazy or forget and spray 4 sprays or all 6. The taste is not very appealing...but honestly that doesn't matter to me because of how well this product works. It's amazing, I am 32 and even I get burnt out from the stresses of life. This product takes me from a 0-10 when I need it most. I will never go without this product.

Ineffectual and inconvenient
I was not able to detect any change during use. Also, the suggested use/dosagr is a lot of trouble and difficult to maintain.
