Inaccurate on all counts
I thought this watch would be a better choice for logging my walks than the health app that comes with my phone. The gps and step count is so wrong. I listen to podcasts and books while completing the same walk daily. Some days it states I go 1.6 miles, same walk another day is 3.5 (it’s a 5 mile route I’ve done for years). Step counter is also way off. I get credit for about 6,000 steps when my phone says I’ve gone 12,000. I know it’s off because I’ve watched it while walking and doesn’t log, even with my arm swinging. Also regarding sleep, I haven’t found anything accurate at this point. If I’m lying still it thinks I’m sleeping but am actually wide awake. So far not impressed. It does give good info on texts and phone calls but that’s about it.

Excellent Customer Service but Accuracy Issues
The watch is beautiful in its design and features. In those terms, it's a GREAT VALUE. It is also very well constructed - NOT a cheap-feeling fitness tool at all. The downside has been with been with its accuracy of step counting and GPS tracking with a bike and manual scooter. I've been making comparisons to Omron and Letscom for walking and Sigma Trek bike computer and even my 2018 Camry for mileage. The MorePro ALWAYS produces MUCH LOWER results. The MorePro team has been very appreciative of my input and very professional/courteous. They just sent me a replacement. Hopefully, this one will be more accurate, because I really like the watch A LOT.

Steps, Distance AND Calories are WAY off.
An update FYI: My current reading on the watch is... 3 hours spent standing, 981 total steps, and 43 CALORIES!! (My height/weight/age profile in the app has been set appropriately.) I saw a MorePro response (that I can't find now) to someone else's question about calories. They said to make sure your profile was correct. Uh... yeah, I did that. This is useless for walking, or for running on treadmill. (I haven't run outside with it yet, so don't know how well the GPS might perform.) I usually run about 3.5 miles on the treadmill, and it counts less than 1,000 steps and a little over 1-mile distance. I understand that, without GPS, it can't know the distance, so it must assume some number for the length of my stride -- but that number would have to be less than 1-1/2 feet to come up with the numbers it comes up with, which is ridiculous. Every time I wear it on the treadmill I get different results, but the steps AND distance are always ridiculously low and aren't even consistent with each other, much less with reality. Calories burned are similarly ridiculously low.It "supposedly" counts hours standing, as well. If it counts more than 250 steps in an hour, it credits you with "standing." However, I haven't figured out what kind of logic it uses. I sometimes get 2 hours standing in less than 1 hour. Even if I do 10,000 steps in an hour, I shouldn't get credit for more than one hour of standing! On the plus side, battery life seems good (but I have trouble charging it, because it won't sit properly in its charger). And it reliably connects with my phone (but the app either has to be open, or you have to set the app up to run in the background, if you want to close it).

GPS rarely connects
I was really excited about this watch and its value. I even convinced a few coworkers to get them as we like to run at lunch and track our performance. That said, it really doesn't work very well for that purpose. The heart rate, step cadence, and the like all work well. But the device rarely finds a satellite. It's pretty frustrating as that was one of the big selling points of this watch was the inclusion of a GPS for use in tracking work outs. When it does find a satellite, it's fairly accurate at least. If the GPS functioned, this would be a 5 star purchase. Still gets 3 stars for being a decent health/smart watch, but well short of perfect with the incredibly spotty GPS performance.

Will update as I use it. Three stars will go up or down depending....
Holy cow, my son bought this for me for Christmas. Its great! although the pedometer is slightly off i sure didn't do 75 steps i to the post office and back but maybe it needs time to sync. But it appears high quality And is supposed to record hiking. Tomorrow it will get a bit more of a workout. Hoping it gives me something that will work with rowing as well, anyway, its neat so far.Two weeks, and I am really pleased. I use it for walking, the pedometer isn't all that accurate, but hiking heart rate and sleep functions, knowing how many calories I am burning is nice, knowing how much aerobic fat burning I am doing is nice, and it sends me messages not all programs can be disabled so I am tolerating that. The gps is disabled because I don't want to use it where I am, but someday, I may need it, so thats a good feature.

It smelled too bad!
Smelled of mint that has lingered for dayssss. (Not a pleasant smell, at all!) That is the first thing I noticed when I opened the box that contained the watch. How no one else noticed this, mentioned it, or experienced it is beyond me. As I checked out the watch, linking the app, and etc, the smell just lingered.I did not get very far with the watch before packaging it back up and returning it. No way to keep it with how it smelled. What also sealed the deal was how large and cumbersome it was. The clock never changed to the correct time, which it is suppose to do on its own. (It says so in the instructions.) I could never find where to change the clock out of military time to 12hr.I mainly wanted to try this watch for the fatigue feature. It read my level, but I had no way to know what the number meant. Is it a good number? Or did I need to sit and relax for a bit? (Google did not help.) There needs to be a separate manual for what info the watch is providing.Oh, and as for swimming, it states (on in the info in the box, not on the site on Amazon) to use it in cold water. Who swims in a cold pool or takes cold showers? Brrr....If I had kept it, I would have liked using it in the pool, but my pool is 80° to 90° and hotter.
