The glass arrived in an excellent presentation box, and contained in a velvet bag - very impressive. The weight of the glass was excellent. Our only issue is that the pewter emblem was not attached "level". It is crooked. A little surprising as the enclosed information says it is hand made.Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to request an exchange as it was purchased as a gift. Make sure when you order one, that you give yourself enough time to examine it, in case it needs replacing. Otherwise - great item.

I actually purchased the smaller rock glass by the same company and really did prefer it but the person I was giving it to wanted this one instead for the larger size. I think what I disliked about this one is that the emblem was the same one used for the smaller glass and I felt it should have been a bit larger to match the size of the glass. Good quality and great value and packaging.

I bought this for my husband’s 50th birthday in May , he has only used it twice and when washing it the metal logo on the front has come off . I am to late to return as bought it in April, surely this shouldn’t happy it cost £25 I would expect better quality than this .

Bought one two years ago for my dads 50th and bought the same this year for my uncles 50th. A really nice quality glass & a great keepsake gift for a significant birthday!

Only two stars as only had it a month and the pewter badge has just fallen of. My husband is gutted, it's always been washed by hand never in the dishwasher.
