Great customer service
Dec updates:The company has great customer service and immediately sent a replacement in October. I haven’t had any issues with the new one. But I do wish it was secure so no one else can connect to it.Oct updates:Updated.2 months later it’s now dead & won’t connect to any Bluetooth device.August;I took a gamble on buying this no-name speaker that didn’t have reviews & I’m glad I did. Purchased it at $40 off (which I think is the fairer price) and it definitely suits its purpose. Great sound quality & seems well built.

Would Have Returned but Missed Window (by 1 day)
It’s not terrible, I would feel cheated if I’d paid more than the discounted price of $60. Sound is a bit “hollow” and the changes between commercials and your program are jarring (compared to the TV speakers). Power light flashes while in use, it’s be better if it just stayed on. I bought this as a gift for my parents, I will buy them something else. I do like Aukey’s products for the most part but this was a miss for me.

Super sounds and looks good too.
We finally have a sound bar & grateful we bought it as my husband & I are both getting up in years. We aren’t too tech but got it “paired” & the sound is awesome.

dont buy invest in Samsung or Sony.
it's ok. i don't like that the streaming device has to be in the same room to get a good sound.update:Dont buy a 100.00 piece of junk. Never works. Now no one can connect their bluetooth.
