Don’t quit after your first couple tries. It does work!
This took some practice but I like it a lot! I pull on pieces of hair after the bun is in to make it look a little messy/undone. Definitely holds it nice and secure. For reference, I have medium length hair with layers and it can get tricky to keep the layers in while folding it down but like I said, just takes some practice.

Easy way to look like you made an effort!
Works great and super cheap. Lots of videos online, but I just gather my hair with my hand, put it in between the two sections, roll it up and snap closed. Takes no more time and effort than a ponytail.

well...
in theory, these "work" but I have layers so my ends stick out all over the place--not a sleek looking bun. I'm sure if your hair is more one consistant length they'd work better.

Do not buy, very weak for thick and/or long hair.

Worked great for a while...
This worked great for a while and then one just separated/broke in the middle and then the next 2 just eventually got crunchy/crinkly and wouldn't stay straight anymore. So, it's great for a recital or a 1 to 2 time use but that's it.

Works exactly as advertised. I needed to practice it a few times & almost gave up thinking they didn’t work well, but once I figured it out it works perfectly.

these are a joke - i can do a better job with just a pony tail holder - so disappointed
