Once you have the temp set perfect it chuggs out floss all day. Great machine ideal for those to hire or for events as its quite big.

Machine is great for social use, don’t try using for any kind of social event as it doesn’t cope and after 3 uses the belt needed replacement which was an absolute nightmare

This machine is really good but does get a bit hot and needs regular cool downs hence four stars rather than five. Is a knack to cleaning it but once you know its fairly easy to use and clean.

There is something wrong with this machine. It does not work at all to create cotton candy, but rather just builds up a crust of molten sugar on the rim of the bowl. The attached picture shows the total cotton candy production of FOUR scoops of cotton candy sugar.I've used cotton candy machines before (commercial, semi-commercial, and toy varieties) with success and understand the technique to catch the floss. That is not the problem.I let the machine heat heat up more than adequately. That is not the problem.I experimented with the full range of heat settings--thoroughly, letting the machine cool down and come up to temperature again for every setting on the dial. That is not the problem.I was willing to work with the seller, see if there was an adjustment or repair I could do, so I contacted them at the email address on the postcard contained in the box, where it says "If you encounter any problem regarding the item, do not hesitate co contact us __________. It would be much appreciated if you could give us a chance to resolve your issue before leaving any review or feedback." It's been six days, and I've had no response to my email from the seller.Non-functional machine, no response from the company using the very method they requested for dealing with issues. So now they get a scathing review. If a cotton candy machine by the brand Clevr is available in your area (that was the brand I used in the USA), it was spectacular. This one looked nearly identical, so I had high hopes. I was wrong.
