Gooey mass! NO to DENALI.
I read bad reviews of this product but was compelled to buy it as I required white compound chocolate for same day delivery and MORDE was not available.The product (like most other reviewers) have mentioned is very bad for baking. It DOES NOT melt into a smooth texture by double boiler method unlike MORDE which melts hassle free and smoothly. Instead this becomes gooey which makes it unusable. Moreover it tasted like butter when partially melted. Unpalatable! Will never buy it again.NO to DENALI👎YES to MORDE👍

Felt the chocolate had more sweetness than a normal chocolate compound

This totally a waste of money. This compound tastes like a cheap and flavorless chocolate. Just sweet and greasy. After trying so many compounds, i can conclude that the best chocolate compounds are of morde.
