Perfect. Durable, washes well, good size ravioli. Easy to use. (Just make sure to use plenty of flour!)

No idea what the problem is, but it seems that you can't wash this item. Completely ruined after one use. Really gutted as I invested the extra money knowing it was supposed to be a good brand. Want my money back in all honesty but what can you do...
