The super kegel exerciser is very well built - heavy duty metal and rubber/plastic. The instructions were easy to read and I figured out how to use it very quickly. It’s extremely durable, comfortable and easy to use. I really like that you can adjust the tension in the center.

I have been looking for a product to help me strengthen my pelvic muscles for a very long time. I’ve been doing physical therapy for quite a while due to my pelvic floor dysfunction but that has only helped minimally. I was honestly not expecting much from this product because I’ve been disappointed with other flimsy items in the past, but I decided to go ahead and give it a try. I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised as soon as I received the item. Even without opening the box, I could tell this was different than anything I have tried before. The weight only made it obvious this was a well made product. Once I opened the box, I saw an item that was even larger than my own hand, as shown in the pics. It even has a way to set the tension based on how much of a workout you need. Although I just recently received this product, I can tell it is going to help more than anything else I have tried in the past. In just a matter of minutes, I can already feel the burn of the muscles being worked. I’m looking forward to seeing how much of a difference this will make after I’ve used it for a couple of months!
