Dusting the baskets.
I just started baking breads and I like the artisan look these baskets create on the bread.They should explain that rice flower is preferred/ needed for dusting the baskets as it doesnt have the gluten on it. I will get the long loaf baskets next.

Good for amateurs
Bread sticks to the bowl even though I've excessively floured the surface. The lame is lame - doesn't cut through surface of the dough.Continuing to use the proofing basket and hopefully I'll learn how to get my dough to come out more easily over time.

Good product but not for the bread lame
The baskets are good quality. The scraper is a bit small. However, the bread lame is really bad, do not cut properly and you cannot change the blade.

Baskets and coverings are great and good quality. Lame is a bit cheap and rusts easily which is a shame.
