Best resin for better detail
I have used everything from Eelegoo, Anycubuic, IFun, you name it I have used it.PROS:This not only gives me better prints but the supports just fall off at the end leaving very little marks.Look at my picture of the goblin I printed. I was able to get the lock pick set on his chest. I had to magnify the pic to see them. The best part is after you clean them it gets even cleaner with soap and water, since this is ECO friendly you can clean them in the sink. The prints are even a little flexible on things that are thin and would break on normal resins. This helps protect the smaller details from snapping off.It is still a resin even though it is ECO friendly so still use gloves. The green is more transparent than the normal tans green.CONS:Not sure what they are talking about but the smell is just as intense as the older resin.

Clear is NOT Clear, it's yellow — old looking yellow
So the low odor and clean up of this was perfectly fine. The print quality wasn't too different than the other "smellier" ones, either. However, the odor was not why I bought this. I bought it for the clear color. I tried so many things. I tried shaking the container more and longer before printing, I tried different exposure times using a test print and I got the same yellow "clear" no matter what. I tried replacing the film and throughly cleaning everything even though the clear was the last color I printed, no change. It's perturbing because it looks like what happens to old plastics that get left out in the sun for years. The last time I saw a clear plastic this thick and this yellow, it was the cover of an abandoned tourist sign covering a years-old poster in the sun where the paint was peeling off the wood frame. The only reason I am not returning it is that the sturdiness and low smell mean that as long I use this for utilitarian things, the material is good and just not worth the hassle of returning. But I was very, very disappointed. I have no idea about other colors but I imagine they would be fine or at least not as bad. I would just strongly counsel anyone against clear if they want the clear color in the images. I have not gotten that. If there were a trick to get that color, I would love to know it but it should be advertised on the bottle itself.

Fully functional and more pleasant to work with.
I tried this resin for the first time yesterday on an Anycubic Photon printer and had very good results. First, as advertised, it doesn't smell bad. This makes it easy to be around and work with i.e. not wearing a full respirator, which is a huge improvement over other products.Print quality good: Resolution was great, limited by the printer resolution, not the resin. The resin is a nice low viscosity, poured easily and didn't hold bubbles under the surface.Exposure time as advertised: I used values in the middle of the range of suggested exposure times from the instructions and had no problems with curing or adhesion to the build plate.Tank adhesion better: During printing, I believe there was less adhesion to the FEP tank liner than with standard resin, as the slight popping sound as each layer detached was quieter. - see note on supports next.Post processing is different: After removal from the build plate, I rinsed with an alcohol bath. The surface of the print was still a bit tacky after rinsing. (this is corrected with time in the sun or a post-cure light setup) I removed the supports and found that the material in its green state was less brittle and a little stronger than the anycubic standard resins. This means that it is a little harder to remove supports, so I would recommend using a lighter support structure to avoid damage to the print where the supports detach- this seems reasonable given the lower adhesion to the FEP tank window that I think I observed.Finishing good: I post-cured the print in front of a 30W 405nm UV light for 4 hours. The material cured with a matte finish. I tried filing and sanding the support scars and had good luck with both methods. After sanding with a very fine paper, I rubbed the print with a cotton cloth and was able to match the appearance of the undisturbed surface fairly well.Strength: I did not test the ultimate strength or brittleness of the fully cured material, but will update when I do.

Using anything else might be irresponsible.
While I'd really like more information on just how safe this stuff is, it's a great resin. It barely smells at all, which is a plus, but I'm not sure I'd stop wearing a respirator when using it and they recommend still using one on their site. Definitely still wear gloves! The Translucent Green is quite dark on thicker models but looks great. Polishes extremely well, maybe even better than my normal Elegoo Mars Water Washable Resin. Doesn't require a lot of cleanup and didn't even filter much resin into the alcohol in my ultrasonic cleaner. There is also an eSun "bio" resin that might be worth a try but I couldn't find any real safety information to back up their claims as their info on their site in general was pretty minimal. This is now the only kind of resin I'll be buying for my business for a while. Hoping for more transparent colors and a water washable variant if possible to produce the lowest waste.I'm hoping that it really is low VOC and biodegradable like it claims. If this can keep even a small amount plastic out of landfills and oceans it's more than worth it and using anything else becomes irresponsible.
