Truly what it states. I love the color I picked and the comfort is out of this world. Just put together so far so good I'll report back after a few weeks. Since having the recliner now I have found it won't recline properly pull the string on the side and you go straight back fast to the floor. I took it apart again and put it back together making sure I did not miss a step, It don't don't work. Also it takes a lot to make it close I get out and then push with my hand to close. I have reported it 3 times only feedback was a video to watch of a chair nothing like mine Still awaiting something anything to repair it,

paid over $300 for this chair! I'm only 5'6" tall, and when this reclines, my feet hang off by at least 5-6"!! Are you kidding me? Maybe you should have stated in description this was for people that are only about 5'2" tall!! Very disappointed in that, also the right arm is elevated more than left, took apart again, tracks on side of chairs, one is over 2" lower than other side! Really? VERY DISAPPOINTED, don't waste your money. Another thing...you cannot get the foot rest all the way in until you actually get out of the chair! Very inconvenient.

Big mistake buying this chair. You sit down in it and it rocks back where your feet Don't touch the floor. If you try to rock, the chair rocks a little bit then slams to a halt giving you whiplass. If recline the flattens out and next to impossible to get yourself up right again. Just sitting in the chair you are laid so for back it's hard to get out of. Now I am stuck with a $351.00 paper weight. The delivery company ruined one of the boxes by getting it wet. Big mistake. Two weeks to deliver. Got one box 4 days before the other. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. I AM SORRY I DID. OUT $351.00.

I bought the chair and put it together but when I first leaned back I heard some cracking. After taking a look at it, one of the screws that holds the bracket that connects the back rest to the base was loose. I tightened it and that fixed it, though it does now have a slight tilt when I lean back. Besides that I really like it and I got it a lot faster than I was expecting.

Absolutely not worth the money. Not durable, don't go together properly, poor quality. Heck they sent 4 back shoulder pads and only one arm rest when asked to sent the missing armrest they sent the seat too but not a complete chair 2x . They don't return emails .Poor all the way around.

When we recurved our recliner, only one half arrived. Seems like no one can assist us in getting the other half of the recliner

It is comfortable, easy to assemble, but smaller than imagined.

Overpriced!!! This recliner is way overpriced for the quality and the seller has the exact same recliner on a different platform for $260 which in my opinion would still be over priced for the quality. Very basic andNo side handle to recline the chair
