I am really happy with the apple cider vinegar, it helped me reduce my sugar cravings especially during certain period of the month. Sugar is my issue during my weight loss journey so I lost the weight I wanted.

Great value for the money. I cannot get past the taste of regular ACV, so I went the supplement route. Still has a slight smell and taste but nothing in comparison to the 'real thing'. Will be purchasing again.

Benefits without the taste
I don't like the taste of apple cidar vinegar but the health benefits are important to me so being able to take these tablets instead of having to drink it, is wonderful. The tablets do have a strong odor and taste, but they go down easy without any after taste. They are large tablets but are easy to swallow
