Holy cow this is amazing! Comfortable as heck and literally a child can inflate it with the built in pump!

I initially ordered this item and through some sort of technical glitch it was suppose to come on the slow boat from China, instead of from the Amazon warehouse. Customer service eventually sorted the whole thing out and shipped me a second pad for free, so don't worry--they do actually have reasonable and proactive customer service. The pads themselves are quite comfortable--I'm a side sleeper and I need a deep pad in order not to feel the ground when camping, but these did the job. Because they're so thick, and the walls of our tent slope as they go up, they end up taking up more of the tent than I thought they would just from the footprint measurements, so keep that in mind. They are mind-blowingly easy to inflate with the foot pump--so much easier than huffing and puffing. There is a valve where you could probably use a pump to inflate them if you wanted to. They fold up to be really, really tiny--compared to the rolled-up old-fashioned inflatable pad our kids use, these took up no space at all.

I don’t normally have time writing reviews, but i like it so much that i feel like i should write some review this time. If you need a sleeping pad for your next camping out, look no further, this is the one. It comes pretty neat in a compact bag, doesn’t take much space to pack with other camping stuff (i put it in my check-in luggage and it even fits in my backpack. It is so easy to inflate or deflate, light weight, the material feels nice, and very very comfortable to sleep on (i’m on the smaller size of 5’ and 118 lbs). It totally fits in my sleeping bag after being inflated. I give it just 4 stars because it is not really self inflating, you need to use the foot or hand to manually pump the air into the pad, though it is very easy and only takes seconds for the pad to be inflated, the air is not sucked in the pad automatically when you open the inflating valve (the self inflating pillow that i bought from another place does that, it just sucks the air in by itself as soon as the inflating valve is opened). I knew about the manual pump from the photo and the clip, but still wanted to give it a try, and it turns out great, it made me the happiest camper during my last camping trip. I’ve unpacked, re-packed, and used it for only 2 times, so convenient for camping. I love it so far. I’ll buy more, wish they have more color options though, i got the green one, it looks nice.

Received the product in time. I did take time to figure out how to pump up the bed. A lot of Youtube out there helped me. When I knew how to do it, it is actually very easy to pump it up, just use the foot. I left fully pumped bed there for several days, still full air. When take air out, it can be rolled up to a small pack and easy to carry. I will take it for my next outdoor adventure.

Most of us can immediately relate that we don't readily carry a portable electric pump and batteries around. When it comes time to use an inflatable mattress, it makes sense to have a pump built into the mattress. The Overmont pad's restoring foam action pump is somewhat of an ingenious design. It's simple and effective. It takes less than 5 minutes to fully inflate the mattress. The rugged material has a nice feel and ensures it will last.

Well, after several tries at trying to inflate, I finally figured it out! My success was when I positioned my foot more to the left side of the red opening. You will hear the air sound change as to how the air is going into the pad. My first several tries, I didn't hear that type of air sound! Once I figured it out, it took maybe two minutes to fill. Do Not over fill.Step one: make sure the air exit valve is closed, press black one in tight and cover the top with the clear rubber cap. Step two: open red cap and place your foot slightly to the left but over the red cap opening.Step three: pump with your foot and be patient! It will start to inflate but it will not appear as though it is inflating at first!I have not used it to sleep yet but I did lay on it. It is a bit narrow but I didn't feel any ground under me so that was a good sign! I am a 190 pound woman and this pad is pretty narrow, I do fit but I can see myself falling off of it if I roll around. If you are very thin and don't roll around at night, you will be fine but for myself, it's a bit small! Go with a wider pad if you really want to be comfortable! :)It is inexpensive and packs up small enough for taking on my motorcycle which is why I bought this pad! I am sure I'll survive a night or two on it! LOL

I have only tried this once so durability is yet to come. It's so comfy though. It's weight is barely compromised by the comfort so as far as hiking with it and all my other gear, it's worth it for me. *I'm not a long distance hiker though.

Very easy to inflate. Although no instruction, it’s easy to figure it out. Just keep the behind white cap open when pump with your foot. Only a few minutes needed. Keep the black cap open when release air and fold it. It’s comfortable and feels durable.

Super compact, really practical.After having used it a fair bit over the last half a year, it can’t hold air for the entire night though, so that in the morning it’s quite soft, not touching the ground through. Quality could be better, but I still like it.
