NEUMI BS5 Passive Bookshelf Speakers, 5-Inch Woofer, 1-Inch Tweeter, Dark Wood, 1 Pair (Renewed)

These speakers exceed my expectations. Their sound is open and the soundstage is very good. Vocals are forward but not overly so. Bass is minimal but I have a subwoofer that these pair excellently with to make up for that. As a result the midrange is not muddy or nasal but sounds very true to my ear. Vocals are clear and treble sounds, such as cymbals and drum shots, are crisp and clean.I paid about half of the MSRP by buying used, like new. They were spotless.

This was my second pair of these. They're just a good speaker. Good bass . Treble has good detail without being too bright. I think I bought these renewed but they look new.

I had some Elac BS41's. They made a lot of bass, but parts of the music were missing. I could listen to stuff and from memory say what happened to this or that? Now to be fair I had a digital amp, which I replaced with an Emotiva, old fashioned toroidal transformer etc. OK, now. the missing stuff is back. And I can hear the music in another room vs. standing right in front of the speakers. I guess in flashlight terms these have more "throw", but not the bass of the Elacs. These have a 5" woofer vs. the Elac's 4". Fortunately, I can get some bass back with the EQ and they sound ok. For the price, very ok! I'm at a stopping point for a while and not buying more stuff.

Great speakers, and I have lots of em to compare against, buy em if you can.

Bought these in November and have been very pleased with the sound out of these bookshelf speakers. They are a bargain at regular price and even better if purchased used.

I'd bought this speaker after trying a pair of Polks, which just didn't sound right. These speakers sound pretty neutral. They're not boomy or shrill. I've played classical, jazz, classic rock, and synthesizer music through them and have been really happy with their sound reproduction.

These are some great bookshelf speakers for the price, better than most computer speakers. They have a great sound, very easy to listen to ,they sound good by themselves, but adding a subwoofer really helps give them body. I have them on a 2.1 system costing around $290 . I really like the 2.1 system under $300,and some around $500 and these speakers work well with both systems. Just some nice sounding speakers 🔊

Exelente sonido no tengo queja alguna buena compra

El producto es renovado, pero no le encontré ninguna imperfección.Estas Neumi tienen muy buen precio, y después de mucho investigar quedé satisfecho. Los bajos son nítidos, el detalle y soundstage son remarcables.Las utilizo como frontales de un HT 5.1 y la imersión que generan es increíble. Solo tuve que ajustar un poco los niveles porque suenan un poco despacio.
