NANUK908 Waterproof Hard Case with Padded Divider - Blue

Bought this to protect my tournament bow sight while traveling. The odd shape of the sight and dovetail arrangement makes for a difficult protective storage solution. So, this case, and the customizable foam within, allowed for a perfect fit, and protection of my sight.

The foam insert does take up a lot of room but it will protect your contents. The color looks good. I am very happy with this case!

Nanuk cases are well made, have great latches and good seals. This is the fifth Nanuk case I have purchased. I have not been disappointed by any of them. The 908 is a solid product. I recommend it.

The case is everything I'd expect from a pelican knock off. It's fine, no complaints there.Get the pick&pluck foam rather than the adjustable lining padding. It takes up almost 50% of the case. I'm going to have to buy the foam to be able to fit anything useful in this case.

The latching mechanism on Nanuk cases are amazing. I have several of them and I am impressed. I got this case to use as a tactical jewelry box to store my tie tacks, nicer watches, cuff links, rings, and other items. It's not like my collection is very big, and this holds them organized. It's what I need. I have another one without the insert, exactly the same size as this, that I use for other trinkets and doodads that are not part of the "nice" collection, which works great as well. That one is the tactical equivalent of a junk drawer.

Pretty disappointed with this case. I have previously purchased a similar case for a drone, which was perfect, but there are a few things wrong with this.Firstly the silver of this case is a very different silver to my other case - slightly annoying they don't match.The case is a lot smaller than I was expecting - especially on the inside - the padded outer sleeve is substantial - which is good, but it uses up a lot of the case.Most annoying and the reason this is almost of no use to me are the internal dividers. I appear to have only received 2 which bend 1/3 of the way across - so not very sturdy - and just don't work well. I can't really get a small digital camera in the case with a couple of lenses in any configuration that works using the dividers. The image shows a third solid divider that can go between the two bendy ones, but this was not in my box.If this wasn't purchased from the USA to the UK using the global store - I would have returned - but it's too difficult and troublesome to do so - so it's not just an expensive step used to reach high shelves in my garage.It doesn't put me off buying nanuk cases, but I will only buy pre cut ones for certain tasks .
