This looks great and is good quality. It is SUPER heavy. The adhesive on the back is robust. But Im afraid if this doesnt hold and falls it is so heavy it could chip my countertop? I would definitely be concerned to mount it on a wall where if could fall on like a child's head or something!? Its just very heavy, it could be used as a weapon. LOL. Which is great as long as it really does hold well. I cant speak to that b/c I was a bit concerned to mount to. due to its weight. Like if you dropped it on your foot … Id think it could break your foot, depending how high its falling from. I know this is weird sounding fdbk. But thats the first thing that popped in my mind when I opened it … that it could hurt something or someone if it fell. And I even live alone. LOL But yes, it is nice finish and quite heavy, it looks great.

I was looking for a new towel holder when the one we had kept falling out (screws weren't holding)...I really didn't want to drill more holes and deal with that hassle. I came across these and ordered one. I know it doesn't say you should use on painted drywall...but I risked it and did it anyway. Took maybe 30 second to hang and then I let it sit 24 hours before hanging a towel on it. It looks awesome, hold the towel and is wonderful. I bought 3 more, one for each bathroom...I am a huge fan!

We moved into a new home and needed a discreet place to place towels, so the kitchen and the bathroom look neat. Yep, bought one and then four days later bought two more. The bar itself is a wonderful solid, shiny, durable piece of metal. The tape is pre attached. All I did was remove the adhesive covering and press it onto a cabinet. Sticks like barbecue sauce on your fingers, i.e. it doesn't come off. Nice adhesion, so screws to see or mess with. Want to remove it? Grab a hairdryer and soften the glue. All in all a very good product. I was very, very satisfied with it.EDIT: It's now the middle of September. The doggone thing has fallen off and I can't get it stick! Think I need to contact Amazon. Oh well, can't win 'em all, I really wanted it to work.

Very sturdy and slight heavy identical to the picture that’s shown!! I recommend if you lookin for a towel holder if you dnt wanna screw into wall!

Would not purchase again.We put this in our kitchen to simply hang our hand towel and it was fine for a little while...few weeks tops...until it fell....they sent us a replacement and that came with a bug under the adhesive...fine no big deal its not going to be seen. Stuck this one in the exact same spot. Beautiful clean spot on the side of my cabinet. Unfortunately that one fell also....no more than a month later.Unfortunately this is nice looking but I think the weight is too much for the adhesive.When it fell it left a greasy looking residue on my new cabinet and slightly chipped my brand new counter top.Not happy.

I do not recommend this. I followed the instructions and sometime over night it fell off and took a piece of my wall with it.

I had a counter top stand that took up too much room on my bathroom vanity so I purchased one of these and I really like it. It was easy to install and I like the fact that I didn’t have to use any screws. The adhesive seems very strong. I installed it on the side of my bathroom vanity after I received it (which was a few months ago) and so far, so good. I do not have small children in my house so the wear and tear on this item will be limited. I expect it will hold up for a long time.

This piece of garbage fell off my wall (twice) within 24 hours of hanging it... and took a chunk of the wall with it. I hadn’t even hung a towel on it yet, as I was letting the adhesive “set”. Save yourself the time... DO NOT BUY.

I know it says it's not for painted drywall, but for the price, I decided to give it a go anyway. I cleaned the wall area very well, removed all cleaner residue with alcohol and let it dry thoroughly to ensure a good adhesion. Pressed this into place and let it sit overnight. The next morning I put the bathroom hand towel on there and it's now been 3 weeks of use and it's holding to the drywall nicely! I'm very pleased. It looks super sleek and modern, doesn't require me to have tools or make holes in the drywall and it holds the hand towel just fine. Granted, I live alone, so I'm gentle on things, this may not work if there were children tugging on it, but for me, perfect!!

Did not receive the product advertised!!It was bent crooked and twisted (not square), flimsy & not the sturdy thickness and quality looking item pictured in the listing!Less than 21cm long, not the 24cm described (a folded hand towel will not fit on it and sticks out)!Description said weight 380gm - it’s only 192gm - so it is half of what it is meant to be!!! Cheap & nasty fake item - waste of time.Bought two, sent them back

Easy to install, overall very happy. Holds one towel (hand towel size), and looks pretty good on the wall as well. It has been a couple months and it is holding on the wall. Ended up purchasing another one.
