I don’t believe it contains any caffeine.

The best time is with a meal. I take the Animal Pak at breakfast and dinner, so I take the Greens Pak at lunch time.

Q: How much Caffeine does this have?

I don’t see a specific amount caffeine listed in the ingredients but I do see green tea extract and coffee bean extract which is a form of caffeine which stats 200mgs each. But I’m not sure if it effects the body the same way directly like caffeine. I used this product upon waking up. I personally didn’t get any caffeine jitters. If that helps any.

Q: Does this take the place of a Multivitamin?

No, it doesn’t replace a multivitamin. It’s a great supplement to add
