For an EXTRA FIRM pillow, I would rate it 1-2 stars.I have a bad back and am looking for an EXTRA FIRM pillow aka not fluffy and does not flatten. I appreciate this may be firmER than a DOWN pillow, but in my view it should not be classified as "Extra Firm." It's FLUFFY and by the next morning, the pillow is flat. I was hoping it would somehow miraculously firm up after a couple of nights since it came in vacuum sealed packaging, but alas it's still fluffy and flattens every night. You have to "puff it up" after each use to get it back to the former fluffy shape.**UPDATE - revised from 1 to 4 stars**I switched to another, firm(er) pillow and found my neck and back pain got worse. While waiting for a suitable replacement, I used this pillow for a good week or so and realized that my neck and back pain subsided. I'm still not a fan of how flat the pillow gets each night (why I can't give it 5 stars), but I'm willing to fluff it up and flip it around every night/day as I am pretty sure these pillows are the reason my back and neck pain have subsided.

I'm in between with these pillows. For the first month we had these, they were AMAZING. They held their shape, they were just firm enough to keep your neck aligned but soft enough to feel like a cloud.But after that month, they just went FLAT. I have learned that when this happens, you pretty much have to beat the pillow for a minute and then it will hold its shape for 1-3 nights and then it's completely flat again.For the price and the advertising to say "extra firm" is a bit of a rip off.Butttt, since I know what to do to get the firmness and shape back, we will continue to use these pillows until it's time to buy new ones.

the pillows are amazing more than expected! It definitely wroth the price! The quality is excellent and is very well made. Even though it is no a prime product when I order it, but it was still delivered in three days which is much more fast than I expected. This company seems like a brand new company, but they do have a high quality. Trust me, this pillow is definitely the one you need! It perfectly fits my room!This pillow stops that. It has lift, no really, it has LIFT baby. and it's not rock hard lift. The best way to explain it is like an adjustable cloud. It's very nice and soft and conforming, but without your head sinking below sea level to get that feel. Your head stays UP and with the way you can adjust this pillow, you can have basically any height you want.So, if you are a side sleeper, back sleeper, face sleeper that ends up on your elbows while breaking your back (yes, I've done this too), couch sleeper, lazy boy sleeper, you NEED this pillow. I've tried hundreds and spent literally thousands on pillows, but this is THE ONE.one thing you guys have to know is that it comes in a Vacuum packing, it will become soft after 24 hours.

I really like these pillows and they work well for me. My husband not as much but he has gone thru a multitude of pillows because of neck and shoulder, this is the first one I have ever liked and have been using for many weeks. Different pillows work for different people. These pillows were made well, and everything that advertised fit and the cost was quite reasonable. I personally liked them both and plan to order more in future as a gift ad the price is affordable

The pillows are phenomenal!!! I rated it 5 stars, because there is "nothing" to not like about these pillows. The outer cover on the pillow is great, and does not leave any feathers out. It washes up very well and dries very well with the tennis balls. It does loose a couple of feathers in the wash, but not many. It always plumps up well with a toss. It provides for you a great nights sleep (like sleeping on a cloud). Wonderful for those with neck and shoulder issues. The price is also awesome, as I could not have afforded the $100-$400 a piece pillows. You will love getting an awesome nights sleep, and saving a lot of money. Please keep making these pillows!!!

Wasn't sure what to expect with these pillows at first so I only ordered 2 to begin with. They came vacuum packed in a box and puffed up nicely once unpacked. Have had these for a few weeks now, and I've had better sleep. These are "extra firm" in the sense that they're sufficiently stuffed without being hard at all, and it has that true feather stuffed feel. After sleeping on the first 2, I quickly discarded the other feather pillows I had from Ikea, which were pricier than these and have been giving me a neck ache. Now I'm waiting for these to come back in stock to buy 2 more. Highly recommended.

THIS IS NOT A FIRM PILLOW! If you are a side sleeper or are looking for a firm pillow stay away from this. It deflates almost immediately! Your head will be sunk through and touching your bed in seconds. Please save time and money and stay away from this if your looking for a firm pillow. I've had mine two days and I'm sending them back.
