Very good basic phone, no camera though
Good palm sized basic phone with large easy to use buttons and medium-sized screen. My wife`s old phone `died`. and she hates `smart` phones, which have buckets of features you never use anyway. So got this one, and she finds it an excellent replacement. Works on any network`s sim card, as its unlocked, and has a large memory for contacts.Fitted a paygo 02 sim card, and had no range connection problems at all.The only slight downer....no camera, but then its a cheap (pricewise) phone, and a camera would have increased the price anyway.Recommended

The Ideal Phone
I was looking for a telephone for an elderly person who was having a lot of problems using a touch screen phone who was not interested in using the web, wanted a basic phone to ring out and take calls.Once I received this phone i set it all up for them entering all their numbers so that they could use.Very easy to set up, battery was almost charged anyway out of the box but charged it easily as i read a USB charger was not included, I went along to a local shop and acquired a USB 5v plug at which most USB plugs will work fine in charging this phone just plug the included lead into the charger and your away.If you have any old phone chargers around that have the micro USB it won't fit this phone! Use the supplied lead and just get yourself a normal USB plug.I really didn't need the instructions to set this phone up but should you need the instructions they are clear and easy to understand.Open sim so most networks will work, around 3x sim slots to choose from and in our case its Tesco mobile Non Contract.if you want a different number just go buy another sim card costing usually around £1.00Just a case of moving sim card from Android to this phone if your contacts list is stored to your sim then all good otherwise you will have to re-enter all your contacts to the sim or this phone but its a breeze. What a brilliant phone this is, have had many people ask where did i get the phone as they want one.MAKE SURE YOU ALSO ORDER THE PHONE CASE BECAUSE IF THE PHONE WAS EVER DROPPED WITHOUT ITS CASE I DOUBT IT WOULD SURVIVE.Definitely recommend for anyone who find using a smart phone not so smart or have problems swiping the screen excellent!!!!!!!!!

Does what it says on the tin!
Bought for my husband who is paraplegic and needs phone for emergencies only. He has no idea how to use a smartphone or iPhone so this is great. The phone is pretty easy to set up without even reading the instructions which is good because they are not really any use! The SOS button is great - press it and the phone starts dialling your chosen 5 contacts in turn till someone answers. It also sends a text reading ‘SOS’ to each number. It is the most basic of phones but as a lifeline it does the job.

Good basic Phone for elderly or anyone.
Dropped a star in that it did not come with charger plug so could not use straight from the box, but once usb plug obtained did not take long to charge. Instruction booklet near to useless but within a few minutes of pushing buttons got the basics and with a hour or so got it sorted with Telephone contacts, Emergency contacts for SOS button on back, ring tone and volume, Sim card installed and topped up.Bought for elderly father in law and printed a simply user guide to go with the phone and he finds it simple to use.Has some more advanced functions with the use of a sd card but I expect these will not be wanted by the older generation so did not try them..For the average elderly person to receive in post and try to set up on their own it could be a challenge, but overall it is a light and compact, but probably not as durable as older mobiles, has nice big buttons for big or infirm fingers, is straightforward to use once familiar with button functions all for a reasonable price.
