Too bad.
The concept sounded great-Poor design of the cover. The drawstring broke when installing the pad/cover. The drawstring is completely undersized. The manufacturer should use a cotton draw tape instead of string. After contacting the manufacturer, they offered to examine the cover upon return in order to determine the source of the problem and replace the cover. I'll be returning the cover/pad for a refund, as I'm quite sure the same thing will occur without a design or material modification.

I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a natural solution
Ive been using this for a long, long time. A couple irons have leaked on it, so there are stains, but it just keeps doing what it is supposed to do. I so appreciate that there is no chemical odor. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a natural solution.

Nice idea, but could be better
After I wrote my review for the Certified Organic Dryer Top Ironing Pad - Magnetic I figured I would pop over and do this review too. First of all, I am a huge fan of Lifekind, and it feels like I spend a ton of money on their products, haha! This was the one thing I wasn't too keen on. I think it was a great idea, but the design needs some improvements. It is an organic cotton ironing board cover that cinches down with a string, and the wool pad goes underneath it. My two problems were that since I didn't leave my ironing board set up, the wool pad, which didn't connect to the board at all, would kind of fall down when I stored the board on its end, so I would have to straighten it back out when I used it. And because the cotton part was connected with string, it had to be untied, loosened up, and then re-tightened, which was inconvenient. When it is all set up, this cover is really nice, and I liked using it. I think if someone had a place where they left the ironing board set up, they would really like this. Of course, I stopped using this when i got my dryer top pad (which I LOVE), so if I need to pull the board out, it isn't often so it isn't such a pain in the butt.If there was elastic on the pad part, it would be perfect. I know they have to do some things a little differently because they are all organic, so they can't use plastic and things like mainstream companies do, so maybe that's why they don't use the elastic.
