This surgical suit works great. My cat, Alex, had exploratory abdominal surgery because he's stupid and eats all the things he's not supposed to. His incision was just about the entire length of his abdomen (8+ inches). He was in distress with the cone and we were concerned he was going to end up hurting himself more. Alex at time of surgery was about 15.5 lbs. The suit was a snug fit, but not so snug that it impaired his movements or made it difficult for him to relax. I actually thing it aided in speeding up his recovery as it provided support to the abdominal wall and protected the incision from normal rolling around and snagging. If you can make it fit, I highly recommend.

This is a well made surgery suit for cats but it is way too tight on XL cats. It was so tight that my poor cat couldn’t seem to function. She just laid on her side for 2 days and peed all over herself. I’m sure it works great for. Medium to large sized cats but a 14lb cat is just too big for this suit

Used this for our cat after she got fixed since she wouldn’t keep a cone on. I got the large for a 13lb cat and it fit comfortably. The material is rather thin and probably won’t last forever but it works well for what’s it’s made for. It stayed clean for litter box business and stayed in place well.The only thing is that it did fit rather snug around the thickest part of her belly so we didn’t put it on her for a few days until the incision site had scabbed over and the swelling went down.

Wow. This is such a great product. I saw it on TikTok and I’m so glad I bought one for my cats spay surgery. I will never use a cone again.My cats vet put the suit on her as soon as she was out of surgery and she has not had to wear a cone while recovering.She can walk around, sleep comfortably, eat food and drink water - all without a cone getting in the way. Plus she can be around my other female cat and doesn’t need to be separated because her incision is protected by the suit.Definitely measure your cat before buying this product and don’t guess. I thought my cat was a small but it turns out she’s a medium. Even the medium is a little short but if I got a large it would have been too baggy. Make sure the length of the suit matches your cat other wise it will be too small even if it’s the right size around.I haven’t had to adjust the suit at all, it stays closed and I don’t have to worry while I’m at work or away from home. Just make sure it fits well. I recommend doing a trial run before surgery and getting your cat a little used to it.My cat isn’t the happiest in it, but I can easily undue the snaps and give her pets and easily close it again without taking it off or exposing the incision. She would be far more unhappy with a cone and separated from my other cat.10/10 definitely buy this.

My cat had surgery and wasn't allowed to lick her belly during recovery. She hated the cone and struggled with it, so I searched for an alternative. I found this amazing product that made a world of difference. She adjusted in just a day, didn't try to remove it, and it kept her surgical site clean.The smallest size fit my 4-pound cat perfectly and was comfortable for her. This product provided peace of mind for us both during her recovery.The design is well thought out, and I appreciate that it kept my cat's best interest in mind. I highly recommend it as an ideal alternative to the cone. Five stars all around!I have to say, she is a munchkin, 4 pounds and very small, I was worried since everything is big for her, and the SMALL size was perfect.

We purchased this product for our kitten after spay. The measurements happen to be borderline between small and medium, but on the small side when we ordered the small it was too small. We ordered the medium instead and it has worked out perfectly. my recommendation to you would be if you run into the same circumstance, go one size up if you fall into the same circumstance. This is a much better alternative than the cone of shame.

It's too small for my 20 pounds cat. If it has a bigger size it will fix my cat perfectly. Also the cloth material is too thin, my cat easily tears it.

Es cómodo para los gatitos, se pueden mover libremente y hasta dormir con él ya que es de algodón y se les dificulta quitarlo por el velcro, sin embargo mi gata es muy inquieta y solo aguantó una semana con él porque quería quitarse los puntos y hasta le hizo un hoyo en el lomo jajaja, pero le quedó bien la talla que era mediana.
