First time working with epoxy and these worked great! Love them!
This was my first time ever attempting to work with epoxy, so I watched lots of video tutorials and read lots of reviews. I wanted to preserve the flowers from off of my mother's casket, so I REALLY didn't want to mess it up. After making sure that the flowers were completely dried, I used a crystal clear deep pour resin by Craft Resin, and followed recommendations to warm it beforehand, carefully measure the 2:1 ratio, stir it in the same direction for 5 minutes, and poured it in several smaller layers (waited approximately 24 hrs between layers because I did it on several consecutive evenings after work), and monitored after each pour for any bubbles that came up and popped them. I also used mitreapel Silicone Mold Release Spray in the molds before I began after seeing it recommended in a review, but I really don't know that it was necessary, as these VERY EASILY peeled out of the mold after a 48 hr cure time after the last layer - with no damage to the molds, so I'm easily able to re-use them. The size of these molds are beautiful (the hexagon is very large) and exactly what I was looking for! The thickness is perfect and allows them to easily stand. I was very pleased with the finished results and look forward to more epoxy projects in the future! I highly recommend these!

Worked great for me
I bought this for the hexagon, and so far that is all I have used, but it worked perfect. Couldn’t be happier. If I might offer a tip to those that may be having de-molding issues: I coat the whole inside of the mold with Howard’s Citrus Sheild Premium Paste Wax, and the mold just falls right off. Any wax would work I’m sure, such as minwax, but the Howard’s tends to remain ‘meltier’ than the others and is therefore easier to apply. Also it smells orangey, so that’s nice. I haven’t had any luck at all with de-mold sprays.Couple of points on that though - you may not need release at all with these, I mentioned it because some people said they had issues. Also, I always color my resin - the wax I use is yellow, and may discolor a clear pour.

Sturdy mold
This mold was sturdy enough to hold a deep pour of epoxy resin for a square finished product. It has held its shape for reuse. Unfortunately, there is a flaw (scratchy knot) in the corner of the mold, which I didn’t notice until I had already mixed by epoxy. So I used it anyway, but it left a flaw in the finished product. I think it’s a good product and I would order again, but check before mixing in case it needed to be replaced.

Super cute, but one use only
Overall happy with the results! The hexagon and square takes way more than the heart. I had my father in law help me with this since he’s done resin projects before. We did 3 layers over 3 days. Idk what we may have done wrong, but the silicone stuck to the resin in multiple places which I did my best to scrape off but couldn’t get it 100% off without scratching. So this was only a one use mold for us.
