We bought these to hold down the weed fabric in the yard before dumping the decorative gravel on top. In the past, we bought a different brand. What we liked about these stakes is that they are not as wide—meaning when you use a rubber mallet to drive them into the ground they don’t bend. These were easy to drive into our hard soil. If you were going to use them to hold down a drip line, the would work for up to 1/2” diameter tubing. We’ll definitely purchase more when we landscape the rest of the yard.

Nice stakes but the tips weren't as sharp as the ones I bought at Menard's so it took a little extra elbow grease to puncture the landscape fabric. Still, they worked well and are more than long enough to keep the fabric securely anchored. For the price, these are no-brainers. If you're putting down hundreds of feet of fabric I might look elsewhere.

Very thick, most landscape staples are coat hanger thickness or less - these are 2-3 times that and galvanized. Using these as landscape staples would be overkill physically.I like the round over the squared-off designs. I use these to hold drip lines mainly so the rounded part is more natural.

They are pretty thick but narrower than the existing ones I have. These are 3/4” instead of 1” which you normally find. It’s not an issue for me since it fits snugly for my purpose which is to anchor down 1/2” drip lines.I am not sure what the material is. It doesn’t have the same tin-shine pattern as the steel galvanized ones. Maybe some kind of aluminum/ nickel mix.Regardless, it looks sturdy and great for my intended purpose.

These staples are very good. The hold weed clothes extremely well throughout season. Unlike the small one these are sturdy and can be reused for several years.I use them on regular basis and highly recommend to everyone.

Installed ~100 meters of .700 outer diameter drip line and used these to anchor the relatively stiff tubing in place. The anchors fit perfectly and are sturdy enough to push in to the denser clay soil areas around the house.

Much sturdier than what came with my weed fabric. I have used them for weed fabric and holding down drip lines. I will be a repeat buyer when I run out, heavy duty and solid.

I use these mostly for drip irrigation hoses and they are way better than those tiny things the drip vendors offer.They are very sturdy and also more cost effective.
