Not as advertised
I purchased this for backpacking. I fully charged it from a wall outlet then discharged it by charging electronic devices. I did this three times. I could never get a full charge in my iPhone. Here’s the results:iPhone 13 - 63%iPad Pro - 17%Since I can’t return it now, and it’s not functioning the way I need it to, I disassembled the unit. There are no capacity markings on the batteries. Therefore, I can not confirm the battery capacity. There’s no way it has the capacity advertised.

No real issues
Charge this puppy from the wall before you start using it. The solar cells charge the internal battery bank and not your phone. Once the bank is charged, the solar keeps it charged.

Great lightweight solar battery pack but not certain about battery size
This battery pack is fairly light. I have a 10K mah pack and it is only 1-2 ounces heavier than that one. The solar cells, if given good light, will charge about 1 led per day, or about 25% per day. That is pretty good for a single solar cell. It is sturdy and light weight and I plan on taking it on hiking trips to recharge my iPhone, which I use for trail maps. Now the one POTENTIAL bad point. I can’t be certain it is a 20K mah battery. I charged it fully via the wall adapter and tried to drain it by recharging another much heavier 20K mah battery pack. I did this because you need to charge the pack via the outlet at least two or three times before using the solar cells to recharge. After recharging the other 20K pack with the power from this 20K pack, the second pack only charged to about 80% capacity. It leaves me to feel like the reason the solar 20K pack is a bit light is that it MAY not be a full 20K battery. To be fair, I haven’t double checked the capacity and even if it is a little less than 20K, say 17K, I would still keep it because of how easily it charges via the solar cells and because it is solidly built.

Well built (for price), a bit luggish, but effective.
The flashlight's brightness is adequate but not impressive. It has a built in SOS function for emergency purposes and has a single button for use and operation. charging it via USB takes a few hours, and I have yet to test how long it would take using solar energy, but I'd assume it would take quite a while. After 4 hours in 6/10 direct sunlight it did not increase in charge (at least the numerical representation of LED lights didn't increase, it may have gained power but theres no way to tell) It has a light censor that will show that it is charging with indoor lighting, but I cant help but think it is actually draining more power displaying that it is charging than it is actually gathering from any ambient light. For the price, power storage, convenience, and novelty, I'd say its a good buy. It has a plastic cover for the charging port that I presume is to help its water resistance, and though I have not tried it and CAN NOT confirm this: I wouldn't trust it to work after leaving it completely submerged in a greater depth of water. The construction of this product seems well done, but the quality of material used is representative of its price compared to competitively similar products. But if you AREN'T budgeting and need something you can be SURE to count on in a situation where you needed it most, I'd get something a bit beefier, with a larger solar array, and built out of more durable materials. However, as a tool to have in general, especially if not desperately relied on in dire situations, it fits well in places, is convenient to have, hold, and use, and it works well and as intended.

So cool!
This is such a cool gadget! It charges up great from the Sun and does a great job charging my phone. The compass on it does not work at all, however. That’s why I gave it 4 stars.

No low battery even during the camping
I use this device to charge the phone battery when electric power is out. It works perfectly.

Worked ok
I was just on a five day camping trip and hoped that this charger could help keep my phone charged. I am an artist and use my phone for photo reference for my paintings. I had better luck using it to charge batteries overnight that I brought with me than my phone. Then I used the batteries to keep my phone going. By day 4 I was out of juice though. I'm not sorry I purchased it but I wish it had a bit more umph. The instructions read that it is for emergencies only. Hmmm.

Returned, it didn’t work with my new iPhone
It’s as pictured in the description, but it t doesn’t fit my new iPhone because Apple changed the connection.
