FlorsheimMen's Tux Cap Toe Oxford

My son has really big wide feet and these fit perfectly- we even ordered a half size larger than he normally wears and the fit is great! They smell so good, are high quality material, shiny like the photos and the value is spot on for the (high) cost. No regrets here!

With formal wear I try to stick to the classics. I've had the same tux for over 30 years - it's never been in style or our of style. I wanted the same in my patent shoes: classic, elegant and ageless - hence the cap toe oxford. You can find cheaper shoes on line but given how long I'll likely have these (as I am unlikely to wear them more than a handful of times in a given year), I preferred to invest in something with a bit more quality of materials and craftsmanship. I think Floesheim shoes provides a good balance between quality and value. Sizing was as expected, which having a narrow foot meant that it was a bit loose at the heel for me, but nothing to worry about unless I get the urge to bust some serious moves on the dance floor.
