Good stuff
I have not had the opportunity to use this much but my initial impression is that it works quite well. Set up is easy

This item works well with my engraver. I like how wide it is and how easy it is to move the rollers.

Need more parts
Keep in mind you will need the legs to raise platform and you need extra rollers for stemware engraving, they tell you none of this. If you get extra roller watch out, one is 30 bucks and another for 16, also if its printing backwards rotate roller 180 degrees, I'm enjoying the machine there is a learning curve, when something is to my liking l take notes of the settings for later use, l also use my phone not computer or laptop

Great laser
The laser was easy to setup and does a beautiful job on clear acrylic using black cardstock under the material and other materials doesn’t do metal though

This worked perfectly for lazer engraving cups! Excellent product.

not enough detailed instructions
The media could not be loaded. I don’t feel like the instructions are easy to set it up nor to use it and the program that goes with the longer Ray 20 W is so hard it’s unbelievable I had to pay $120 for a class and I still don’t understand what I’m doing!!!
