This is the best phone I've ever owned. I've owned smartphones, flip phones, etc. since the 90's. I used to like iPhones, but since Steve Jobs died the iPhone no longer works well.I highly, highly recommend this phone if you need a flip phone.The packaging is divinely cute. It comes with stickers and jewels and a strap to accessorize. Such a fun and rare luxurious treat to open!The phone works great. Absolutely zero problems.Except for two suggestions for the next update:1. It is impossible to capitalize while texting (it will automatically capitalize proper nouns it recognizes though, just no manual capitalization)2. The volume button should be recessed because it gets touched by accident all of the time, especially while texting

Super cute phone, love that it says hi Barbie when you turn it on. I have mine as a back up/burner, so I don’t use it often, but messages go through fine and calls have good sound quality. Would definitely buy again

If you want a flip phone this one is a great option. The bonus to having this flip phone in its basic nature is that it does have google maps on it; so that’s a helpful option that isn’t in many basic phone options. It does not have an Apple Store it will be the Kios one and as a person who doesn’t need apps having the option is nice, the quality of those apps would have to be up to people who use them regularly.The rings have Barbie themes in them which is cute, along with Barbie health tips on detoxing. No cute Ken message that some people mentioned, but that might only be on the international versions. So make sure you buy for the right region.It does not have T9 text messaging, it does have something similar with ABC predict which you will have to scroll over to find the right word. It slows down your ability to text if you have mastered T9, but once you learn it I’m sure you be fast like you were with the other method. It does have emojis and the ability to receive those and send pics without downloading data like some make you do.I have prepaid Verizon on it, and it worked right away. My SIM card didn’t fit quite right and to save time and money I shaved one side, the plastic part, and it fit just fine. It has clear voice and better reception from my old flip phone.The other pink cases you can switch out is very nice in design. The hot pink reminds me of the Barbie convertible car and the soft plastic feels like Barbie’s Mattel toys would feel like. It gives me the childlike joy of getting a Barbie from my grandmother every year, so it adds that sentimental feeling when picking it up. The only true complaint I would have is the reflective mirror on the top case. I was never a person who liked to check my face often so that isn’t a useful feature to me. I find it distracting when light catches it. I just wished it gave me an option to switch out the top case because of that. I will just put a vinyl over it but that’s me fixing it to my preference.As a consumer the downfall would be lack of Bluetooth. Outside of that I see it as a good starter phone, detox phone, senior phone, or anyone who just doesn’t want a smart phone.

Cute! 90s kid here. Very cute but the backlight is weak both on the keyboard and the front screen that shows the time when closed. No Bluetooth like it says..basic phone but typing out a message is just like I remember. Counting the pushes until I get the right letter. Very nostalgic just wish was brighter. Screen is great..just the backlight keys and the outward screen are dim even at 100 percent brightness. I got a diff cover for it one with better grippage

love this so much. waited awhile to get it but i'm so glad i have the option to "unplug" now. i wish this were the norm still/again. but i got a total wireless SIM card from target and have a $10 a month plan. love that 2048 is on there, along with the other games. love the barbie theming and the accessories that come with and the fact that this charges with the same cord as my iPhone because it simplifies stuff that much more for me. so grateful for this phone.

Be careful if you choose to buy this product. I brought mine new, but received a used phone. The front of the phone where the mirror is was scratched up and full of finger prints. The keys, and the screen were dirty and smudged. The changeable cases were dirty as well. When I turned on the phone there were still contacts, videos, and text messages from the previous owner. ( Which was a young high school girl.) It wouldn't let me factory reset the phone, nor would the sim card lock thing click into place with my sim card.The phone is really cute, and I was super excited for it, but the fact that it was dirty and used just ruined the experience for me. I really tried to look past all of it, but it all just rubbed me the wrong way.So i returned it. I mean its still a really cute phone, but i wont be trying again with this brand.

Love love love this product & it Came with so many accessories! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for and I don’t regret making the switch

I do love this phone! However, here’s a few things I wish I would have known about it first. Firstly, it’s not universally compatible with every phone company like they say it is. I tried taking it into the cricket wireless store and the metro T-Mobile store to set it up and they both said it was not compatible with their company. I was able to get a consumer cellular SIM card and set up an account with them and it works fine with that, but it is not “universally unlocked” and compatible with every company like stated. Secondly, the battery life is not great. Phone calls seem to run the battery down fairly fast. I’m not sure how well made the phone is either. It does seem like it could easily be broken. Over all though, I do like it and it does work well for what I needed it for. Plus it’s absolutely adorable and I do get compliments and questions on it everywhere I go!
