I've not experienced the weight lose that this might provide as of yet. But I am feeling better. The color is a dark green and the taste isn't to bad. I mix it in peanut butter and another 5 mushroom cacao blend with a little honey and put it on toast. Makes it look kind of like something else here on the farm but I've not noticed a difference in my mushroom blend since adding it, so it doesn't overwhelm with a bad flavor. I've not tried it in a smoothie as of yet. I have noticed that I am sleeping some better. But after having insomnia for so many years I think your body just automatically wakes up at a certain time. It blends fairly well. I bought the bigger bag so I can share with my sons. Overall it is an ok product that isn't causing any side effects. I say that because I normally have allergic reactions to various things. This one has not done that.

I should have bought the capsules. This stuff is so fine and if you barely touch the open bag, green smoke puffs out and is all over the counter. Tried to vacuum seal into mason jars...oh the terrible mess. I sure hope this is gonna help me feel better so it will be worth the hassle.

I added this supplement to my vitamin regiment about 2 months ago and while it's gentle, I definitely notice in my energy levels when I miss taking it! Some supplements are a little harsh in my stomach when the capsule dissolves (read: I can feel the powdery feeling hitting my stomach). I've had NO stomach issues whatsoever with this!
