I really, really wanted to love this belt but I couldn't. That being said, I can't give it less than 3 stars because it's a good belt, just not for me. What makes it great (its stiffness) is also what makes it terrible for me.I have an average frame (5'9) - which means the 4" wide belt rests on both, my hipbones and my lower ribs, since it's so stiff it was painful to even try to tighten it. It was bearable during bench and OHP, but once I tried to deadlift with it, it was too painful. People say you need to break it in, but I don't want to bruise myself trying to do so. I need something less stiff.That being said, it's an amazing belt for the price (I paid $13 for the medium) and it includes a pair of straps (which are good, although they have rubber on the outer part of the straps).FWIW, I have a 31" waist and the medium was good, I was able to almost tight it around the middle hole.Sadly, I will have to send it back.

There is no reason to purchase a more expensive belt than this unless you are a professional power lifter or just want some kind of custom work. Honestly you should have no reservations with this one. I've been lifting for going on 10 years and wish I would have purchased this year's ago. It comes a bit stiff so you may want to break in, but it's not necessary. Do yourself the favor and just buy it. You won't find better quality for this price anywhere. Plus free lifting straps. If you do t have them, you need them. I'm not posting pics because the others are accurate.

Needed a new belt for Deadlifting, and this belt did the trick. You will have to get use to it, since the belt sits a bit on your ribs. After a couple of sessions though, once you break it in, it will fit just fine. A+++

Damn good lifting belt! I was so worried about picking a lifting belt online, but I happened to see a guy at my gym with this belt so I asked him about it. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. Good material and gives damn good support. I have about a 32” waist, and I ordered a medium. Perfect size. If you’re looking for an amazing lifting belt, get this one for sure.

Great belt, especially for the cost. Very stiff. Once I spent some time breaking it in it was the perfect balance of support and comfort. Awesome value, will highly recommend and not hesitate to buy more Tribe products.

This is a great belt. It is very well made, heavy, and should serve the serious lifter well. The logo on the back looks much better than on photos. I expect to get years of use from this belt and when I need another product, I will look for this seller.

Quality belt at a great price. Fast delivery. Would definitely use Tribe again. Only had belt for short time but will update if something changes.Update April 1st- Had for 3 months now and the belt is still working great! Bought their wrist wraps cause they were a good deal as well and those seem to be good quality too.

I got a medium size belt but I did not fit it. I emailed them and they responded by replacing it with the proper size. Often times it’s not about the product it is about the guest service and how they respond to situations like this. I am thankful and wil definitely tell those about this belt! Quality and detail is 100 👌🏼
