It came with everything I needed to get the growing started!

This seed starter tea growing kit includes everything needed to get your plants started. The soil discs expand with water to fill the pots, and the germination rate of the seeds was very good. I appreciated that plant markers were included. I began the starts inside in February and they were ready for transplanting outside in April when the weather began to warm up. The ease of planting makes the kit a wonderful way for new gardeners to get started and is also handy for seasoned gardeners. This would make a wonderful gift!

Nice kit, has everything you need to get a mini herb garden going. Be sure to make sure your starting the seeds properly before you say they aren’t good!

Nothing grew at all. Not even sprouted.

Its fine, the plants will take a few years to actually establish and it doesn't make sense to start lavender from seed. But if you insist on doing your own seeds they do sprout

Over all the seeds seemed to germinate well. The pots were very large and seemed to hold a lot of soil so you don't have to up plant right away. This would be a great gift for any level of gardener!The only complaint I have is that the plastic kn the containers is very thin. With the weight of the soil it made me nervous they would tear. They are definitely a single use plastic.The soil was easy to use and absorbed quickly and very well. It seemed to retain moisture well and drinks easily.
