do not buy if you plan on cleaning floor with water
I know it did not state it was water proof, however it was advertised that it was "Highly durable", "Made of tough" and, "resilient material". I thought that since it was higher in price it would be better quality and heavy duty. I applied as directed and even after 3 days of cure time i decided to wash my floor with water and it became to come off. Not impressed to the slightest.

Great stuff esp
Great stuff esp. for outdoor use. I have frost heaves in my side walk at home and use it to warn people of these obstacles. It has stayed on through heat of summer/snow in winter for 1 year. Still looks great. I live in Utah and last winter was a bear.

More than adequate for my purpose
Simple to put down. Used in music classroom to mark floor, lasted half year until they stripped the floors for summer. Kids couldn’t pick this tape off:)

This product works and is really worth buying.
We used this to mark the danger zones in our automotive shop, particularly around the lifters. It was easily installed and has not come off despite the numerous tires that passed through it. Definitely a good buy.
