Candes Storage Electric Water Heater (Metal,Stainless Steel Tank, 25 LTR)

This is worst product. Within 1 month of purchase, tank got licked and the gyser got sparked. They have bad customer service and when I talked them to repaire it. Customer care person did not responded in proper manner. Please do not purchase this product.

Purchased Candes Electric Geyser from Vedanta Electricals, four months ago. Right from starting it was having trouble to heat water, have certain areas rusted, leaks water from knob, now it stopped working completely.Very bad customer service, they neither respond to phone calls nor emails.Tempted to purchase due to less price, but this product is not even worth a rupee! Waste of time ,energy and money.

I have purchased geyser in July 2019 and using the same from Oct.Its not even 6 months and the pipes got rusted and water leaked from the pipes continuously and now the customer care people were telling warranty is not applicable on pipes.Such a worst product I have ever seen.I would give 0 star if at all its there.. 1 is also more to this Candes productDon't ever buy any of the Candes Products.

On site warranty even in Delhi NCR is not provided though mentioned . The Water heater started giving problem within six months and the company refused to service at my residence in Noida. The tank didnot last even one year not to speak of promised five years . A waste of money. All are requested not to waste money on this useless product.

It is a bit low quality product. I have received that geyser and came to know that installation in not included in the purchase. They charge 599/- for installation

The product died in the first 6 months of its usage! It stopped powering up. Getting no proper support from the seller
