Beware non returnable and worthless item. May damage your foot.
Beware, it is non returnable item and there are so many policies of Amazon that the product even though utterly useless, cannot be returned. Wasted almost 30 mins for return but they said the return window is only 5 days for such things which is no where mentioned. It's like a fine print when you open some links and not directly mentioned in product page or order page.About the product.. It does not increase height of even 2 inches. More the weight, less the increase. Also the design is unscientific foot and legs start paining whing short time. Your shoes feel very tight and uncomfortable. The quality is not good.Since the seller is very much aware of all this, the product is non returnable.

Great for uneven length leg
its best for people who have uneven length of legs . My one leg is slightly shorter as compared to another leg so while doing leg exercises it will help me quite a bit
