I bought a Samsung 256GB SD Card(from the A), for my brand new Android phone, so I could have plenty room. After a few months, for some reason the SD card became corrupt. Once on after a reboot, the phone would say that the card was corrupt, and needed formating. Formating!? I had at least 50GB-60GB of pictures on there I just couldn't lose.Fast forward a few years, I bought the Card Reader, and put it in my PC, to see what I could see... which was absolutely NOTHING! Then I see a video on FB about and app named Drill Doctor. This too was a real life safe. After using the program directly to the reader, it recovered and repaired all 57GB, that were hidden on the Disc! If it wasn't for the Reader, that card would've sat in Limbo.

Works wonderfully well!I had an older reader that couldn't manage to copy my phone's storage chip (about 30 Gb's of data). It kept snagging in the middle of the transfer. At first I thought I'd have to have the chip copied professionally, but then I decided to give it one more try using this new reader.I discovered that the problem wasn't in the chip or the data -- it was the old reader. This chip reader handled the transfer without any problems -- both onto my desktop and then onto a new chip. For less than $10, this thumb-drive sized card reader saved me a lot of grief.

This is a handy little reader. I use this primarily for downloading drone video and transferring music files. Both of these are large files that need speed to transfer in a reasonable amount of time. This little reader transferred a 1 GB video file in a surprisingly short time to my old Samsung phone. Now my Amazon tablet will not recognize the 128 GB micro SD card and I had to transfer the file to a USB flash drive and then to the tablet. Not really a deal breaker but just an extra step. The build quality seems solid and the micro SD slot seems a solid fit for the card. I had another adapter that died after just a few times so we'll see. Good packaging. Shows a concern for quality.

I got a new laptop and this was the perfect all in one tool to transfer all my video and photo file onto the laptop. Very nice it had two ways to connect to the lap top via USB and USB-C. Nice and compact to easily pack along with my lap top when on the go.

I use this product almost daily and have for the last 8 months, it has held up well and worked good with my mac to tranfer my SD card photos to lightroom, photoshop and my computer in general. Reliable and never had any issues with it. Theres even a spot for a micro SD card which I have used a few times, Great price and highly recommend

This is the first Micro SD card reader which enables me to delete files from the card. All my older card readers seem to get in the way of file deletion meaning you can never re-use the card.
