Q: Is the material thin or thick? Are they see through?

The material is very thin and soft, but not see through, mines fit kinda big so that may be the reason these aren’t see through

Q: I'm 5'5 and weigh 143 lbs at 4 and half months pregnant. Would you recomend a medium or large?

I would recommend a medium because I’m 27 weeks and bigger than you and the large fits me and has to to grow :)

Q: Which side is the front and which is the back ?

Mine have a small tag on the inside to indicate the back. Also if you hold them up and look at them you can sort of tell by how they fall into shape which side is which

Q: Do they get bumpy inside? (Pilling). Any seams in the innet thigh?

The camo pattern leggings started pilling in the inner thigh/crotch area after the first time I washed them unfortunately
