Great Customer service, Thank You
Angela WatersI purchased a Royal Gourmet 6 burner grill and while trying to transport it to our family reunion, and though it was secured in the back of our truck a gust of air hit us and the doors ripped off the grill and it went sailing out of the truck bed and over our boat to hit the highway. Several of the parts were damaged, including the frame, lid and grill plates. Luckily, the interior of the grill was not damaged. I contacted Royal Gourmet to try to find replacement parts so we could repair the grill, but they were not available on the website. Customer Service Rep, Kris, assisted us and even though the damage was caused by a freak accident, Royal Gourmet sent us the parts we needed free of charge within days of contacting them. I highly recommend these grills, not only because of the outstanding quality - Our grill works perfectly - but also because of the fantastic customer service. Thank you, Kris, for all of your help!

Works amazing
Ok so it was a bit of a pain in on assembly, and I'm an auto mechanic, but I tell you what it's worth the effort. The heat is amazing, Its even and flareup is not too bad , the sear plate worked good . Tonight I cooked a whole 5+ lb pack of chicken Breast ( trimmed and cut to less than 3/4 thick) and had room for 3 1/3 lb+ burgers and still had room and the sear plate . Everything came out so amazing. Juicy chicken with a little amount of char and the burgers were 99% well done , but as juicy as a medium. Now it's not totally stainless, but still an amazing grill

Update
So the next episode in this saga is that now the grates are rusting after a little over 2 years...actually, the grates should never rust!DO NOT BUY…DO NOT BUY…DO NOT BUYAfter almost 2 years of owning this grill I have to say it was not a good purchase. I have always purchased inexpensive grills from BigBox stores. I decided to treat myself to a really "good" grill. Amazon had the best price, would deliver and assemble so I ordered.First thing to go wrong was the regulator on the gas hose had a leak...had to replace. Next I had to replace the gas valve for the searing burner. It didn't produce a flame that was any hotter than the other burners so it was basically useless. Did the replacement and no better than before. Next, and most recently, the ignitor has failed. Customer service responds like a snail.Never once have I had these issues with any of the inexpensive grills I have owned.I wish I had not spent all this money and just gone the cheaper route.Big bucks, not worth it!After almost 3 weeks of emails about replacing the ignitor switch I got a message that the part is out of stock. 3WEEKS to tell me that!! Customer service could not be worse.Grill is going to the dump!

Big Daddy of Grills
I love this grill. I have cooked meats and pizzas on the grill so far. This thing is so large I have been able to cook everything at once. Haven't burned anything yet. My pizza stone fits on the grill easily. I think its a 12" stone. Grates are easy to clean. Pro Tip: Cover the drip tray with aluminum and that will one less thing you have to clean.Oh yea. It is not hard to assemble but it does take 2 people.

Second review ... heat distribution
I have already reviewed on the condition and assembly of this product. I have now had a chance to use it several times and and will comment on the heat distribution. Over all the grill has a good heat distribution. I have found that the preset regulators on these "backyard" grills are typically set low. As expected the sear portion did not achieve the high heat I expect to have for this feature. I turned it on full with all other burners off and allowed to heat up for 5 min. I put on the steaks and left for one minute. While there were nice grill marks I was disappointed that the surface of the meat was not seared sufficiently. I could have left them on longer but then it would have began cooking too deep into the meat. So I rate the sear portion as a 3. The other burners provide plenty of heat to cook burgers on high and have a nice range to slow cook veggie skewers on low. I did not notice any hot or cold spots, nice even heat across the grate, front to back. I rate the heat distribution and range at 5. I was also pleasantly surprised with the side burner. There were many more gas orifices than I expected to see. This gave a decent heat and a good range. I was able to keep oil at 350 while frying mushrooms and pickles. All in all I think the grill has good heat, distribution and range with the exception of the sear burner. I would like to see manufactures either up the pressure a bit on the regulators or offer and adjustable regulator, or maybe just a two stage regulator, one for searing one for regular cooking. I hope this helps.

Best grill
So far so good. Installation was easy. Some parts were dented. Some parts weren't threaded all the way so had to do some DIY fixes. Anyways, there is so much room on this grill and the sear burner is so nice.

You get what you pay for
This grill does a nice job for the price, it’s not that hard to assemble, but it seems as if the components aren’t of the highest qualify - very light, to the point you’d think that it would tip over in a decent wind, if the wheels were locked. In any event, you get what you pay for, but I don’t expect this drill to last as long as my last Weber, i.e., 14 years. I’ll be lucky if I get 5 out of this, it seems.Update - uneven heating makes this grill challenging to use. Again, you get what you pay for.

Burners don’t ignite after almost 2 years.
I purchased this grill July of 22 and all of the burners do not ignite anymore. Overall it is a good grill, but I’ve never had this problem with other grills before
