Bezgar toys are truly different from other RC cars!
Even when my child plays with it indoors, the motor noise is barely noticeable, and the servo operates extremely quietly. Compared to other RC cars, it's impressively silent, which makes it even more enjoyable.Despite its affordable price, it has all the essential features an RC car should have. Check out the shock absorbers, and you'll be amazed at the quality for the price! One time, my child was playing at the playground when a basketball hit the car, breaking one of the wheels. That’s when I experienced Bezgar's outstanding customer service. Louisa, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly kind and professional. Her excellent support left such a positive impression that it made me appreciate the Bezgar brand even more. From now on, my child's RC cars will always be Bezgar! If you've tried other RC car brands, trust my review and give this one a try. You'll be surprised at how quiet and high-quality an RC car can be at this price!

Fast,excellent customer service,maybe not for beginners (?)
Purchased during quarantine due to Covid 19, April 2020. This came about a week earlier then the expected ship date and made it in time for my son's Easter basket.First I'm going to start with the PROS:-excellent customer service! Customer service gets five stars! Great email communication and sent a full replacement and we received it within a week. Will explain why under "cons "-I'm not used to remote control cars, I'm a stay-at-home mother with a soon-to-be 11-year-old son. With that being said I think this is great for beginners, HOWEVER,with guidance!!!!It has parts that are quite delicate,it's definitely not up for rough and tumble play.If it's just used in large open spaces and its not going to hit, drop,or fall, then you should be good. The metal part holding the wheel to the body is quite delicate and can not take a crash of much force.-Fast!Plenty of zip my 10 yo son-the wireless part of it has a very long range. We were in a school parking lot and it could go from one end to the other and back again.-It comes with two battery packs. The batteries will last a certain length of time depending on the kind of use you are having with it. On average the battery lasts us 15 maybe 20 minutes. Pop in another battery and you've got another 15 or 20 minutes of use.-ours came with two battery packs and two chargers and a convenient little screwdriver for the remote control battery pack and the car battery pack.-Nice medium to large size and my son thinks it is cool looking. (We got the red one)CONS- We are beginner remote control car users. Have not had much experience. I think this can be a great beginner remote control but I would say it would not be for younger children that are going to have the desire to smash and crash or climb and drop and fall off rocks, or not have the control of the remote. On our first day of use we took it down to an empty school parking lot. We were having great fun with it until my son got too close to a curb and it hit the curb. It seemed to have bent the metal piece connecting the tire to the main body. My husband was able to manually set it back and fix it. However, again it hit the side of a curb and then it was not repairable.Based on the description and the videos I felt it was going to be more robust and a good car for a young beginner. But my young beginner would like the availability to be rougher with it than it can take. It is definitely a more delicate piece of machinery. He did not mean to hit the curb It was more of an accident.Other than that we like everything about the vehicle. I contacted the company to see if there was perhaps a replacement part I could purchase. They got me in touch with another part of the company that automatically said they would send me an entire replacement vehicle.! They did ask to therefore receive a good review and I feel I am being honest in my review for them. Not only did they send a replacement vehicle but it came with another two batteries, remote and everything that was with the original set. They did not ask me to send the original back and we plan on keeping it for replacement parts if needed.I would purchase this again because based on the price and all the the other pros and the excellent customer service we are very happy with it.We will just make sure we continue to use it in wide open spaces and on flat ground. And away from curbs!

Fun toy and very good value, but lower end of RC features.
The car is fairly fast and comes with two batteries and two USB charger cables. The remote worked far enough away that it never cut out even when we sent it to the end of the block. It seems pretty durable and has gone off a ramp several times without incident. For something this inexpensive, there are some compromises. The controls aren't analog, so it's controls are more or less go full speed, go full speed backwards, hard left, and hard right. Also, the steering doesn't return to center very well, so the car drifts quite a bit (there is a trim pot on the car, but it doesn't help much). It's not the easiest thing to get to go where you want it to go. It is pretty darn fast though. As for off-road, it does pretty well in dirt and gravel (better than expected). Of course, it's too small to run in grass, but if it goes off the driveway at speed, you probably can go 3 or 4 feet before it stops, which can be enough to get it back on the pavement.Ultimately, it's a fun little RC for very little money, but the all-or-nothing controls make it only suitable for wide open areas or "older" kids that can get used to the controls. My 3 year old can drive around a larger, slower RC truck we have, but can't control this. My 6 year old can kinda control it a bit, and my 8 year old is the only one that can actually steer the thing.
