Wow. This knee brace has exceeded my expectations tremendously. First of all, its framing is made out of some sort of metal, not plastic with a metal hinge like most of the others. Seems like it would’ve benefited them to note that in the description. Being made out of metal means it is sturdy and strong. And actually does The function of supporting my leg. Which is the whole reason for getting the brace.There’s more. The ad states that the straps have a quick release button. Which they do. But the dials on the opposite side are then used to tighten the straps individually. It’s so simple. You snap in the loose strap. And then turn the dial and it gets as tight as you want. How cool is that. Then in the center of each dial is a button. So when you’re ready to take the brace off, you just push the button and the strap gets loose. You still have to go to the other side and hit the quick release button. But I couldn’t have designed it any better if I had done it myself. And I was truly getting desperate. I thought I really was going to have to actually design my own knee brace. Because so many of them out there are junk.If you look at the straight on image, you can see that the brace takes a bit of an angle. Which just so happens to be the same angle as my leg. And hopefully most other peoples. That means when your leg is bending, it’s doing the natural bend And not the type of bend that the other braces do. Frankly, the other braces are pretty much worthless in my book.On the outer edge, is another silver dial which enables you to lengthen the brace once you have it on.OK, I don’t want to keep you forever. The final impression is that this is a comfortable brace. The padding is high-quality. I would rather not have any brace on my leg at all. But if there is going to be one on, this is the brace that I want. I’m so lucky to have ordered it. There were so many others to choose from. I’ve been trying braces over the years because I don’t want to get surgery. Be sure to order the correct one for the correct leg. The dials should be on the outside. I ordered the one for the left leg.

I have OA grade 4 and will be getting surgery in a few months, but I needed something to provide relief between now and then.I am 6' tall, 205, and normally very active.This brace is relatively light weight, very very sturdy, and reasonably easy to dial in the adjustments so it fits. My only complaint is that it puts pressure on the inside of my calf rather than putting even pressure on both sides. But considering that I was born with legs that bow in, I can't really blame the brace for this. This is the difference between getting a brace for <$200 and paying for a full custom made brace for >$900.As soon as I put on the brace and adjusted it as instructed, I could feel the relief as it took the weight off my knee. I can walk without a limp, and without pain. I haven't tried sports with it just yet. There is some discomfort from wearing the brace but I can live with that for a few months. Bottom line is that I am pleased with this brace and recommend it.

Product fits very loose. Very bulky. Not very supportive. Tried to return with no response from vendor

I tore my PCL(now healed) and meniscus. After 5 months of PT(starting out non weight bearing with crutches) I can now bear weight but it hurts to walk longer than 25 feet in a row. I’ve tried every OTC brace I could. Some are OK but nothing was amazing until now. If you know where your tear is-medial VS. lateral just measure appropriately and get the correct medial vs. lateral unloader. Place in leg,stand and adjust tiny dial on side. This brace distracts the medial compartment so it’s not rubbing there by placing pressure on outside of tibia and inside of calf and thigh. Has plenty of padding. WORTH THE $$

Need a knee replacement but keep putting it off. I would have to get it with out the brace, it makes such a differance. easy to use. Second one I have bought.

This brace has great support is really comfortable, even when wearing for long periods. Prettier good flexibility with it also
