Keeps handle comfortable.
The covers easily slip onto the handle and stay in place. The sun is very hot in the morning and the door handle was very hot, but with these slip on covers the handle is comfortable to the touch.

Protects my hands when the sun heats up the handles
These work great when the door handles on my storm door get blistering hot. I've almost gotten a burn from theunprotected handle. The neoprene gets sun rot after about a year and they lose their stretchiness. I have to useblack elastic hair ties to keep it on the door handle after the stretchiness is gone.

Does the job
I'd give this 4.5 stars if I could. It works fine but I wish it had tight elastic at the opening. It would be more secure. It's a bit loosy-goosey when you grab ahold of the handle.
