good sound quality - but after 1 year both the earbuds stop syncing with each other. I purchased twice because the sound quality was good but both had the same issue of left and right earbuds going out of sync. I was not able to resync/ factory reset even with the help of customer care.

Pathetic product! Doesn't even deserve 1 star.Battery drain:I bought this due to 6 mic setup but the problem is, the right earbud has battery drain issue from day 1. Although the drain rate was very less I was not able to identify it during return period. After 1 month, this drain issue became a big headache. The constant drain sucks the case's battery too. Literally no use... Not a great audio experience as well.Dual Connectivity:Its very moody, often I have to do a factory reset in order for dual connectivity to work properly.The packaging contains user manual which has trouble shooting steps for issues. If you go through them, it will work, my question is when this company know the issues in its product, instead of troubleshooting steps, actually resolve issues in devices.It has warranty, but for a 899 rs earphone, who is going to service centre by burning own fuel which will probably cost more?

Sound battery life is good but no noise cancellation at all . One Piece got defected in 3 month but got replacement from service centre. Connectivity is good with every devices I have and very fast. Perfectly hold in ear and don’t drop even on running sometimes I forget and search them here and there while wearing them in my ears .

I generally don’t like to do reviews but I am planning on doing more reviews as I myself depend on these. Pls excuse for repetitive words or grammar issues.I am reviewing these post 1 week of use. I have been using regularly using boat (2k price range models), JBL 600 series headphones, blaupunkt, leaf and Nu republic. I confirm that this will be a good competition to powerhouses at this price range.Pros:1. 3 different modes just by touching and holding your right ear bud for 3 seconds. 3 different experiences (Dynamic audio, movie mode and bass boosted). My personal favourite is bass boosted mode. Other modes still deliver the best sound subjected to relevant scenario.2. Bass is felt clearly and is best in the bass boosted mode. I still have my JBL headphones and I am starting to prefer this for flexibility, travel and similar performance.3. The 35ms low latency is as promised. The audio is perfectly clear, synchronous and smooth.4. Dual connectivity is instant within 1-2 seconds. Seamless connectivity ensures zero disruption and lag.5. Touch sensitivity only at the glass part reduces a lot of mis touch and problems.6. The charging is quick and battery is efficient. Only 10% reduction after 4 hours of usage. The recharging is quick.Cons:The cons are based on design and other aesthetics not on sound performance. This can be excused considering the price range. They can improve their standards using this for future models.1. I wont mind spending 300 more for an app. The 3 modes are pretty good but Id like to customise my experience given the features and performance.2. I personally didn’t like the design of the ear pieces and could’ve reduced the length of the ear piece as the sensitivity is focused on the glass part.3. The box design is too standard and quite big. The size can be optimised.4. Very rarely the dual connection disrupts the mic. Had to reconnect again. I felt this with my jbl one as well. This Tech still needs to improve.Verdict:Performance wise, the best in this bracket. If there’s an app, it will automatically be a leader for the near future. The performance made me discard the cons. This review is not paid. Out and out honest one from my side.

The durability of product if we talk it not fully with specifications sometimes gaming issue, calling issue, it creating issue. But Atleast service centre will pending the product issue I enter many more times but not clearly answers about my product is out of re- send or not of re- order.

I bought a pair of Truke earbuds, and within just one week, the right earbud stopped working. I promptly reached out to Amazon for a return, and I must commend their efficiency; they processed my replacement quickly. However, after receiving the new pair, I encountered another issue. Just a month later, one of the earbuds ceased to function again.This time, when I contacted Amazon for assistance, they informed me that I needed to reach out to Truke's customer support for warranty claims. Unfortunately, my experience with Truke’s customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, I received no response, which only added to my disappointment.I copied Amazon on my emails to Truke. Following a prolonged back-and-forth, I was told that I would need to visit their service center, which is quite far from my location. The entire process has been so cumbersome that it feels designed to discourage customers from pursuing their claims.Given my experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to consider other, more reliable brands. The quality and support associated with Truke have not lived up to my expectations, and I regret my purchase.
