I was open minded about this speaker as there are mixed reviews. This is a gamechanger for my very poor Lenovo Ideapad laptop internal speaker. I have been struggling on Zoom meetings to hear what is being said and playing music was like listening to a lullaby. This small clip-on speaker which can also be used freestanding, has saved me a fortune, as I was going to buy another laptop. The clip-on part has a cut out so it does not cover the camera of my laptop. The quality of sound for a speaker this size has exceeded my expectation. I now have to lower the volume! The volume can be adjusted through your phone or system audio as well as the controls on the top of the speaker. It comes with a USB adaptor for phone/tablet connection.

Works well, and the clip makes it quite versatile in terms of where to place it. I like the one-cable, no messing around with dual speakers, a power cord and audi cables. Also, the speaker automatically activates when needed, without having to turn it on, and the speaker shuts down when not in use or the PC is put into sleep mode. The sound is great for video calls, but not great for music - it's very lite on the bass and so the music just has no depth. But as I bought this speaker for video calling for work, I'm really happy with it.

The media could not be loaded. I've gone through a lot of smaller speakers for my computer but they always seem to have some issue with them but I think I've finally settled on one with this.I've had no issue with it at all, it's plug and play and all you need to do is plug it in and it should automatically select the right device. Unfortunately, the base of my monitor is too wide for it to clip on to (the clip does have quite a bit of range to it, it's entirely my display) but it clipped onto the side no problem.The sound quality is very good in my opinion and it has quite a bit of volume. I've not had any popping or crackling so I'm very happy with it. With that said, I do generally wear headphones so this is more of a tool for when I don't but I've found it good enough that I spend a lot more time with the speaker.I used it on Windows 10 however I have just done the update to Windows 11 and it works on both, as you'd expect.I think aesthetically it's also very smart. There's no RGB lighting but I personally prefer that.The one thing I wasn't too fond of is the clip is quite powerful, of course it needs to be but it adds quite a bit of pressure to the rim where you clip it.Pro's- Easy to clip on- Versatile with both a USB A and USB C adapter.- Decent sound quality- Above average volume levels, quite loud for its size.- Smart looking.- Very easy to set up. Works out the box.- Easy to access function buttonsCons- The clip has a lot of pressure, especially the wider it goes.- Limited function buttonsFor £18.99 I'm very happy with it, I think it's a reasonable price and there aren't many downsides to it. I can easily recommend this one.
