It was easy to put together and the quality is great. Worked perfectly for my rental property. Easy to open for my guest as the wifi connectivity is smooth, and works well for my Airbnb guests and very affordable.

I installed this lock,but is frustrated if using it with the wifi hub.The signal from the lock and the wifi hub is horrible, it has to be 3 feet away to connect to the lock. must of the time it does not even connect to the hub or the hub connects to the wifi.sometimes if you delete the lock, it deletes everyone fingers print, and will have to redo every fingerprint again.the lock itself looks good so far, but looks loose, maybe with a flat-head screwdriver forced it can be opened. also, the screws that come are thin. with a hammer, this lock can be removed.

Needed this key box for one of my rental properties, and it has for sure met all my expectations. Setup was super easy and since I already had a wi-fi hub all I had to do was pair it up. As a lazy techie, I love things that simplify my life like this. One feature I am loving about this particular lock box is that it allows me to push out temporary access codes to guests without them needing to download any apps or to sign up for anything. It is supposed to do well with weather but I am yet to test that out. So far, as far as functionality and features? Amazing product!!!

I’ve been searching for a reliable key lock box that I can manage remotely, and I’ve finally found the perfect solution.Everything works just as advertised - temporary codes, remote access, fingerprint recognition, dare i say so far so good no issues at all.One thing to note, though: during the setup, I ran into some trouble, but their tech support jumped right in like superman to the rescue lol. I learned that when setting up the lockbox with the Wi-Fi hub, the devices need to be close to each other for pairing. After they’re paired, you can move the box away from the hub with no problems (15 to 30 feet is recommended). Since then, everything has been working perfectly.Feels really heavy,sturdy and secure, I would say my clumsy self has dropped it a few times, and it held its own without a fuss.Overall, this has definitely been one of my smarter tech purchases this year.

I’ve been trying to figure out how to add my housekeeper and had trouble figuring it out.I contacted LinkStyle and their customer service was fabulous. We are up and running now.The lock box is sturdy. Once you have your users added to the account, adding their thumb print and passcodes are simple.I love the alerts that I get whenever someone opens the box. It lets me keep track of when my home health aides and housekeeper are arriving for work.

Super unreliable Looses connection all the time after power outage Would not recommend

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Happy customer.... Had an issue with the batteries dying quickly on an older model, about 14 months after purchase. Contacted the company and they replaced with the newest model under warranty. Very happy customer. Thank you

I bought this lockbox as I wanted to be able to control the lockbox from anywhere. It comes with a wifi bridge that is supposed to allow you to do this. I have spent COUNTLESS hours trying to get this work with the wifi feature. There is not a live person you can talk to, any questions for support has to be emailed. They did replace my original unit and the replacement unit worked for a few weeks and then went back to only working through bluetooth. You have to be within a few feet of the lockbox to unlock it remotely. If I am on the other side of my house, I cannot connect to the lockbox! Worthless, don’t waste your money and countless hours of time on this, very disappointed with this purchase!!
