You don’t know how happy I am when your guys made a replacement tag for the automatic feeder omg ….my kitten already broke hers when I got the feeder, and every time she want to eat she just bite on the lid so that I have to get up and open the lid for her through my phone …. Cus the tag is broken. Thank you so much 😭 now she can eat whenever and stop bothering me or wake me uppp! But then again I wish the designed of the tag is flatter and less bulky. It becus my cat have others stuff on her collar as well, just in case I lost her.

I had my petlibro for 3 days before my cat decided to take her collar off, in which I then proceeded to freak out. Luckily this replacement came the next day. It's been over a month and I still have no clue what she did with the other collar. But I do think they should definitely do a redesign on this collar if she was able to figure out how to take it off.

The chip itself is good and works but the collar it comes on self loosens which then just comes off their neck. I had to put the chip on my cat's collar and it's stayed on since then. So if you purchase make sure you use a different collar.

My younger cat is a menace and lost his original tag. we really should have purchased back ups when we originally bought the feeders but didn't think of it. I bought 4 of these, one for the replacement and 3 backups, and while waiting for them to come in ( 2 days) bought some regular rfid tags, which paired to the feeder but didn't open it.. returning them.the process for pairing this was as easy as it was the first time around, and now he can eat independently again without us manually opening it when feeding happens and closing it when he walks away so his glutton brother doesn't steal his food.I don't bother with the collar it comes with, I just hook it on his regular one.

We have 2 cats: one eats everything and one is passive about food. We bought it for the second cat. But she was very afraid of the door moving and the little sound. No one’s fault but we tried. We had it unplugged to let her get used to it after it scared her. We even tried to coax her closer and nope. Even picked her up and put her next to the thing and nope. But the person who I sold it to said she had no problems.
