I like the addition of other supplements along with the magnesium seems to be helping me sleep at night better

I liked this magnesium blend. It was easy on my stomach and did help relax me before sleep and I found into the next day. Not so sure about my stress levels but I don’t think much can help that with my line of work. With the ashwagangha and l-theanine in it, I did stop taking it once I was done with the bottle to give my bottle a “break period” because I wasn’t sure about using the long term use effects. But I would use it again, I did like the proprietary blend of the other ingredients and the way this supplement made my body feel overall.Edit… I’m editing this and taking Stars down because I just reordered and my bottle this time came shrink wrapped with an actual seal inside the lid. I feel fortunate nothing appeared tampered with my 1st bottle but it made me rethink my original review. So definitely question the bottle if it’s not shrink wrapped sealed and doesn’t have the medicine seal inside the lid. Here’s to the next bottleNewer bottle update: the only difference noticeable so far is the supplements seem smaller in size

I recently learned that magnesium citrate acts differently from magnesium glycolate, so I was happy to find a supplement with both. As with all magnesium supplements, the tablets are large, but they go down easily. There was no aftertaste or side effects.

I didn’t get what I wanted

Just tried the new bottle. The old bottle was blue and the new one is white. I am glad they changed it. I really liked the medicine but when I swallowed them they always felt like they didn't go down. Now they're smaller and go down better.
